Very disappointed. Took three weeks to dry completely and despite following the instructions to the letter, after only two months it’s cracking and lifting up on my patio.

Never received my goods. They never returned my calls or emails. Apparently they had gone bust but the website kept taking orders and money with no intention of sending the goods or returning the money. Disgusting! Don’t buy anything from these leaches

I bought a patio grouting product from them, and it arrived fine. However, on opening the container I found the package had lost its vacuum seal. The instructions said it should not be used. Because no phone contact was provided, I emailed customer services. Twice. I received no reply.

I bought stuff off this website they took my money but never sent me my items.I emailed them no reply.I tryed phoning the number the number is not real.

Order never fulfilled and had to request re-imbursement from Mastercard. Kept me hanging on for 6 weeks in the knowledge that company was folding. This was unacceptable as had honesty been there from start I could have sourced product from another supplier earlier as product needed for work.

Ordered a pallet of Rockwool at £800 in October 2021. Promised 5th Jan but nothing. Company blamed building supply shortages. Repeat promises and in April said it would be early June ie exactly the same delivery time as quoted in the previous October. Contacted end of May for update and received auto reply saying company in administration.

Ordered back in April and still got our £306.40.
sending someone round to collect it seen as though it looks like they are still trading in the same building under another name

I only gave one because there was no lower I placed an order for nails three months ago in March I haven’t received my nails I keep ringing up to keep promising them now their phone number has ceased fortunately I paid on my debit card can’t get my money back they are just robbers do not order from them thank you Emmett Johnson

They had my money and kept promising my products, after 8 weeks I requested my money back and no response, 5 emails later and still no response. Then their website went down. Thanks for stealing my money. Guess they will pop up again soon under a different name!

These are fraudulent.

Money sent no goods or correspondence Gone bust i think

Placed an order for over £1,000 in December last year and despite assurances it was on its way it never arrived and now it appears they’ve ceased all communications and possibly gone ‘bust’.

However, ‘Trade Building Supplies’ appears to only be a trading name. The actual company (based upon the VAT reg. no. 360 458 694 on their invoice) is ‘Building Modern Limited’ who are still active according to Companies House.

If you Google their company no. which is 12809781 the link to their Companies House page will come up.

Unfortunately there aren’t any alternative phone numbers or email addresses given to try and contact them but the company’s Director and registered address are.

Company has gone bust..... disgrace to the trade.

Regarding order no. TBP120118345 which was placed in April 2021, after numerous requests for an update on the products whereabouts i have always been told that Triton have supply issues.
i called on 14.04.22 and the answering service suggested that i send an email, which i did but i am yet to receive a response.
i repeated this action on 28.04.2022, as a celebration of the one year ordering anniversary, and still have no reply.

Ordered £1000 worth of screws, they never arrived, I tried to contact the company but there is no number to call and there is no chatbot to speak to, the website just says send an email to which no one replies.

Don’t order from this company, I ordered on 25th March, 4 weeks and no delivery. Email them few time but no response. Avoid them

Fake company - do not order anything.

Waited for around 3 months on a order I purchased. With no updates on the order. Only through me chasing it did I get any information. In the end I cancelled the order. Avoid
