Terrible experience, will never use again!
Placed an order on March 10th expecting approx 1 week delivery, nothing ever came. Emailed them on the 23rd chasing and they advised it "would be on site Monday", over two weeks later still no goods, multiple emails without reply, you can't call them as you just get an automated message advising to email or use the non-existant online chat feature.

Total scam, avoid like the plague

placed an order and payed for the goods and they never turned up within 5 working days as agreed.
they don't answer the phone or emails and the on line chat does not work.
go else where and avoid this company.

Ordered a few boxes of screws from this company. I've never received my order. After waiting a few weeks and sent multiple emails to which I've never received a reply to any of them. Still no sign of my order. Tried to contact them by phone only to get through to an answer phone stating they are working remotely. I guess this is so nobody can get in contact with them and they can continue taking money and not supply the goods. Looking on trust pilot now, I see a lot of 1 star reviews with people not receiving goods and the company not responding to emails. I will be submitting a report about this company as they should nolonger be allowed to trade.
If you require any of the goods on their website, buy elsewhere as you won't receive your order.
They are simply scammers who don't reply to emails.

As with most of the recent reviews I have not received my order after two weeks, the company doesn't answer the phone or answer emails.

Been trying to get information about my order they don't respond to emails there phone number is not in use they tell you to contact them by live chat this does not work either .Been waiting nearly two weeks for my order very poor service can't even cancel as there is no way of contacting them totally useless.

I placed an order in November and was not advised at the point of ordering and supply issues. I later got an email to say delivery between December and February. I have not as yet (in April) received my goods despite previous assurances and now I do not even get a response to emails with no other method of contact. Seems like a scam to me

i emailed them ,and got a reply stating my order would arrive on 24th march ,but nothing
emailed them last week and yesterday but no reply but there web site states all emails are replied to with in 2 hours ,i smell a farm near by !!!!!!!

Placed an order with this company on the 27th February and it still hasn't arrived, despite being given two expected delivery dates.
The delay has caused a real issue with our build schedule, which in turn is having an impact on costs.
Despite email enquires have not be responded to. This is without doubt the worst company I have every dealt with ! I just want what I have paid for over six weeks ago !

From the service received I do not recommend this company at all. Half of the order arrived, the other half I was told by the delivery guy would be following the next day. Nothing appeared. I contacted them and was told it would be arriving shortly. I got an alert saying something was dispatched, but again nothing ever arrived. After hounding the sales for a refund they eventually returned the money for the undelivered item. I would've expected delivery fee returned too given them not being able to fulfil the order as advertised. From the 5th to 31st March they sat on my money. What ever is happening with this organisation it really is lacking with their online sales which needs urgently addressing.

Very interesting to see that any positive reviews on here are from the "invited" list - I query if any of these are legitimate.

I placed an order on 6th February and received an order confirmation. Since then nothing. No delivery and no contact explaining why goods have not been delivered. Credit card payment was taken at time of order. Tried calling and got the covid message. Filled out their contact form and had no response.
Awful service. Will seek a refund via Mastercard

placed an order on 2nd of February, no confirmation to say they have been dispatched. its been 2 weeks and not had any contact to say whats happening, emailed to ask what the issue is but no response... still waiting

I place an order on 23rd of Feb but still not received my order.
Tried contact by phone with a answer message ' due to covid' staff are working from home, so please send us a message. Having contacted them via chat, i was advised order will be delivered by 04 March. So sent another message but no response.
Very disappointed service, definitely will not return back and won't recommend to friends.

Bought some large structural brackets which I found to be cheapest on line even with P&P. Delivered next day with constant updates on progress and would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Terrible, lied about stock, no communication that they were out of stock and had to be repeatedly contacted to find out and get a refund. Wasted a month. Avoid.
