You cannot contact them on the phone or chat on line. They took our order and our money but have not delivered the goods within 5 working days as promised. They do not reply to emails. Please avoid and go elsewhere.

Avoid waste of space and incompetent
Tried to order x20 bags of latex early feb took my money but never gave a delivery date so I sent an email to cancel the order after not hearing off them for 5 working days
They replied to my email stating they would refund my money never recieved

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company - ordered and paid for airbricks on the 13th of Jan. no updates, no tracking, cant get through on the phone - just a recorded message, no answering emails.
Where is my order ???
Going to take up with my bank now.
So its now the 9th of April - despite promises that my order will be sent out, nothing yet has been received.
Asked for a refund, but requests being ignored - this really is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
They even had the temerity to ask me to remove my review !!!
Trading standards next, then small claims court !!

Goods never dispatched..
Ordered nearly £300 of Sikamur. Nothing on site to say out of stock. Seller promised various delivery dates, always constantly claiming goods due to be dispatched imminently but never were.
I did manage to get a refund but had to purchase items last minute, at higher price from a local supplier. Very disappointing, if you aren’t able to provide the order, don’t promise fictitious dates you can’t meet. I booked my contractors around the dates you promised my order will be delivered and this ended up costing me.

Placed an order with the company, two weeks later no goods received. Phoned them numerous times got the same recorded message about staff working remotely then got cut off. Emailed them numerous times no reply. Have now raised a complaint with my bank . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible. Avoid them!
3 months on still waiting for delivery. They're now saying it'll be another 2 months even though other suppliers have stock. Going to have to cancel and buy from elsewhere.
They reply to only half of messages, don't get back when they say they will.
Avoid!

They defend my criticism as I've been offered a refund... I haven't. They offered to find a replacement product and get back to me with a suggestion - They haven't.
They state they don't sell this insulation anymore due to long lead times, yet right now it's on their website and listed as delivery:
✓ Estimated between 09/02/22 and 06/04/22
I ordered this on the 4th November and was told:
Estimated between: 10/11/21 and 05/01/22
On the 3rd Jan I was told it'd arrive on the 4th or 5th Jan.
On the 7th Jan I was told the manufacturer were preparing shipping and it should be a few days.
On the 18th Jan I was told it'll be another 12 weeks from then.
I fully appreciate there are lots of delays to some products, and this item was out of stock everywhere else, so I get that. But now everyone else has it back in stock!

Thank you for your review, as confirmed previously we may issue a refund for this as insulation is an item that is currently on longer lead-times. Insulation has been affected by supply chain delays, unfortunately it keeps on being put on allocation which then puts back the deliveries, creating extended lead-times.
Due to this we have decided to not offer this type of insulation until the situation improves.
We may keep this on back order for you, but as explained previously we can't control the lead-times on this product currently.

I had AMAZING service from Trade Building Products. I ordered a large item at 3.05pm last Wednesday and it was delivered in perfect condition by 10am the next day. Delivery cost included in price. Could not have asked for better.
