Hello Jan,
Thank you for your review, as confirmed previously we may issue a refund for this, as insulation is an item that is currently on longer lead-times. Insulation has been affected by supply chain delays, unfortunately it keeps on being put on allocation which then puts back the deliveries, creating extended lead-times.
Due to this we have decided to not offer this type of insulation until the situation improves.
We may keep this on back order for you, but as explained previously we can't control the lead-times on this product currently.

what you have said is not true ,why not tell the truth,This parcel was NOT delivered to gordon colling house 126 bamford road ,there were 3people in that day.at 45 gordon colling house all day. the delivery person did not leave a note as stated.when 45 gorden colling house was used of which is my address. your computer site changed address to your way of thinking,ie. 126 bamford road.except the fact you are wrong for once in your life and look after your customers and they will look after you.but for me ,never ever your black listed in the medea. not for the mistake you made in postage the mistake you made in customer relations.total ========. so now you don,t like good english

You realised you have provided the incorrect address after delivery was made, and we had Parcelforce collect this for you and take this to your local post office. The item is now awaiting collection at your local post office as advised.
We have done all we can to get this sorted for you. You provided the wrong address for delivery, but somehow seem to think we should send you another item free of charge to rectify your own mistake. When ordering anywhere in the future please ensure you put your correct delivery address in the delivery option provided.

I have placed an order and think this company is fraudulent . Address doesn't match, nor VAT number or company number . Invoice has a different address to website , they never reply to my emails chasing my order and now my refund . Avoid

Unbelievably bad - avoid at all costs, they are a joke!
I ordered 12 No 110v lights online that were showing in stock on 30th September. After waiting 1 week I phoned to chase, but due to a positive track and trace the offices were closed. I emailed and was told that the items were allocated to another customer, and I would receive my order when the items were back in stock, which would be about another week. After numerous emails chasing, I finally received my order on 3rd of December, but 4 lights were 240v. I was told these would be replaced within a week. After numerous emails I am still waiting, the offices are still closed due to a positive track and trace, and no one replies to emails. How this company still exists is amazing!!

Great customer service.
I ordered some Epoxynet NF which they offered the best price for on-line. The delivery was also reasonably priced and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately the tub on inspection was leaking from a bottom seam. I immediately emailed the company and they responded by return and requested a photo. I sent the photo and they replaced the tub by return. I was very impressed with the service which was friendly and efficient.

Stay away from this company I ordered…
Stay away from this company I ordered some fire stop insulation and understood it would be delivered within two weeks after chasing 5 times and told it a priority and it has been made last week this week been told it hasn’t been made and will be another week. Maybe maybe not as unreliable and basically tell you what they think you would like to hear.

V Poor Comms, over 2 month delay, go elsewhere.
I original ordered two fans on 24th Sept, updated on Oct 6th they were being sent direct from manufacturer. Then nothing till Nov 5th, that they are no longer available, so ordered another model. Continued to chase, they eventually arrived on Dec 1st. Very bad customer service, no phone line 'Covid' voice message for months. Also misled on the where abouts of the original order, and subsequent reorder.
