Avoid at all costs this is fake company who after several emails sent i got a reply to say they had gone into liquidation but the website is still taking payments

Avoid at all costs. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed order on 27 March, payment was taken immediately but goods never received. Only contact is by email and they don’t respond. Failed to supply what they took the money for. Makes a joke of their customer service claims on their web site.

This company takes orders and does not deliver any goods! I believe this is a fraudulent company!
Products showing as ‘in stock’ but then never arrive, no email confirmation, no telephone to speak to anyone.
Stay clear, this company does not follow any of its own rules, regarding contacting, ordering or anything.
Still waiting for a refund, over a month now!

2 out of 3 items eventually delivered from my order. I have tried to chase the 3rd item on 3 occasions with no response from the seller. Their phone number doesnt work, their online chat on their website is disabled and they ignore emails. I have asked for a refund, but this has been ignored. According to Companies House they ceased trading 28/01/20?

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order and never received the goods. Only contact is by email. Got replies to my first two chasing emails but when I started to get pushy they stopped replying. I told them
I was going to my credit card company and they did refund the money. No apology, no explanation, just failed to supply what they took the money for. Makes a joke of their customer service claims on their web site.

Abysmal customer service. Avoid this company. Afeter 2 months and numerous emails without response. I am still chasing my order or a refund for goods to the value of £183.90. This company has no working phone number listed!

Ordered packs of nails but the order never arrived. I tried to call but the recording said staff were working from home so email them. I tried that and received a message saying they are in liquidation so go get your money from the credit card company.

Can’t believe their website is still active and accepting orders….

Ordered some Helical Flat Roof Fixings's over two weeks ago. They sent me an invoice for £72 soon after, but the order never arrived. Can't call as they're all 'working from home' and the suggested chat function no longer exists - probably because so many people want to complain. This company needs to be reported.

Placed an order in January for some floor screeding after a number of emails...excuses and broken promises and the fact it is now Aprilwith no responseto my last communication.. I will now be contacting my card company to arrange a refund...

Now your reading this its probably to late you already been scammed by the company. Ordered nail gun nails. They lied saying it been dispatched by parcleforce. Asked for proof they couldn't provided. Spoke to parcelforce they confirmed no delivery to my address. Asked for refund now no response from them. Credit card company are chasing it now.

What can I say that others haven't. Scammers with they take your money with no intentions of delivery of any order placed. Avoid at all costs!!

Worst online company around, Very long winded replying to any mails and there is No other way to contact being support supposedly working from home. Weeks fly by with no product delivered and little update from any e-mail contact. Everything about this company stinks and ppl should contact Trading standards to get them shut down asap.
I did get a refund but only after physical threats. (yes genuinely)

Ordered on 3 March expected order as stated within 5 days never came sent 3 emails no reply asked for refund nothing order is still incomplete status stay well clear of this company no support what so ever and no way to talk to anyone.

THEY ARE TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY - NOT SUPPLYING GOODS AND NOT RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS. THEIR PHONE LINES HAVE AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING YOU HAVE TO EMAIL....I'VE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. THEY HAVE STOLE £500 FROM ME

Placed an order 5-6 weeks ago still no goods arrived, Know they are not replying to my emails, Full of empty promises, Communicating with Alex blaming it on supplier issues, How are they getting away with it, Avoid at all cost.

Ordered two weeks ago and not received, no update received and no response to any email. No way of contacting customer services, they state they reply within two hours and have a live chat, they have neither.

Took the payment in a jiffy but no delivery.
You cannot Live Chat with them as they state and they don’t reply to emails.
Have reported to Nationwide Building Society.
Do not buy anything.

Ordered a pair of trousers last Friday and was told they would be here on Monday, still haven't received them and it's now the following Friday. Worst company to ever order from, already sent 3 emails called 3 times and nothing, basically pointless trying to contact them. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I ordered with this company and was given an invoice to show I had paid for my items, I then received an e-mail saying that my order had been shipped but I received nothing, I have e-mailed twice asking what has happened but no reply, I will be going to my bank tomorrow to see what can be done about my money as I have had no response from Trade Building products.

**SCAM ALERT!** Avoid like the plague - Placed an order 3 weeks ago - received the invoice, payment taken - no sign of the delivery. Phone is just a message, no online chat facility although they say they have and no response to direct email and filling out the form on their website - Will seek refund from mastercard!
