Over inflated renewal…
Never had to make a claim so no feedback there, however, my renewal was over £200.00 more than the previous year 🤷🏼♂️
After a phone call that was reduced by £100.00 ! Why ?
Why not give the reduced price first time around for a loyal customer!

Hi Peter, thank you for your review, and I am sorry you were not happy with the service you received. I have looked at your policy, and can only apologise that you did not receive any renewal reminders as the payment was not collected.
We had a system error where reminders weren't sent, and your policy was one that was effected. This problem has now been rectified.
I can confirm that we have received your payment and your policy did renew.
For your information going forward, we only send renewal reminders if we have attempted to collect the payment 7 days before the renewal date and its been unsuccessful. If you would prefer we don't attempt to automatically collect your payment, so you receive reminders each year, then please contact us and we can amend your policy.

First time I've used this company for Small Business public liability cover, so can't comment on how they'd perform should I have to claim.
However, I can say that they give you the cover you require, with none of the unnecessary 'add-on's' that some other bigger insurers try to include and charge for.
