A nice service but renewal is to high
A nice service, your covered from the word go, I am still with the Tradesmen's savers insurance, lets see what my renewal price will be :) UPDATE: just had my renewal price, no claims for 6 years and it has gone up 40% !, so dropping the stars and saving my money.

i am trying to obtain a roof cleaning…
i am trying to obtain a roof cleaning insurance-there is not such a trade in the drop down box.
Tried to call the number on the website no one answer from 9:00 am to 10:00 am .I AM GIVING UP.
Chat is ok but they were unable to sort it out, and i am waiting for a call back from them.

I have checked your record and cannot locate receiving a communication regarding this issue.
As discussed when we spoke today, the documentation that gets emailed straightaway is the quotation documentation. This doesn't include the on cover policy schedule or certificate. To be able to view these you would need to log into your online account via our website, and after you've validated your email address you would then be able to see the most up-to-date documentation.

My policy was on automatic renewal but the renewal had increased in price considerably. So I did a new online quote with you for the same product and low and behold the price was considerably cheaper.
