Great service, but a tad expensive. People on craigslist would do it for less.

I had 11 minutes of audio recording and needed it to translate. Transcribe.com did quick and amazing job. I will use the service again.

Just like they said, even had them done before their projected completion date. Highly recommend.

Great turn-around and service.

Needed a short video transcribed. Was promised a 48 turn around, or 2 business days. It took 3 business days to receive a transcription on 1min 30sec video. Price was great but turnaround was awful. Going back to a competitor that has a short turn around on transcriptions like this one, its worth it to pay a little more. Was unimpressed that I had to keep checking the website to see if it was done, and received and email informing me it was ready. All around a poor performance by the company.

Great job transcribing my audio. i was able to embed the audio into the transcription which made the overall product superb.

I had put in a message with the order, and was expecting minutes, rather than just a transcript of the audio.

I expected a phone call for potential issues with the recording. No one contacted me to follow up on the audio nor on my "minutes" request, but the transcript was acceptable.

There were several places that the transcript says "phonetic" or "inaudible" that a phone call could have settled.

My Transcribe account manager Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful via phone calls and emails. As a first-time customer, I was unsure of my company s server s privacy settings that prevented me from uploading the documents to be transcribed. Taylor helped me work around my server and was patient, helpful and persistent with new ideas until we successfully shared the file. And when Taylor knew she d be out of the office she introduced me to her colleague Brittany to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks! The 2-day turnaround verbatim files have been very helpful and are indeed verbatim. If/when we need another transcription, we will use Transcribe.com.

You'll get plenty of business from people I personally consult with who are getting into the YouTube/Virtual Classroom industry.

Transcribe.com representatives were guided me through the request process and sent useful updates. Sending materials via URL is extremely convenient for our workflow and the order tracking area of the site is great for keeping tabs on projects. It would be great if multiple user accounts that are all part of the same organization could share the same order tracking system.

The company and customer service was great. Product upload and delivery was on time and clear. The only drawback was that the content of my recording includes industry-specific terminology that the transcriber was not familiar with so some words were incorrect.

Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.
