I'm a TV producer and I'm constantly getting material transcribed. Recently while under a tight deadline I found this service and was blown away at the quality of the transcription and the fact that it was so cost effective. I will be using transcribe.com for all of my transcriptions from here on out.

Such a quick turn around and perfect transcription

Almost every order I placed with them was late - and they would give me some weak excuse. If you offer 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. service, then you should have the work done in that time frame. An email telling me you're going to be late does me no good. I tried these guys, but couldn't count on them to come thru with what they promised to deliver.

Excellent transcription services for my many video files. The work is accurate and returned in a timely manner. Good value too.
My only suggestion would be to standardize the file types that the work is done in. For example, I received both MS Word and Rich Text files - which were okay, but it would have been nice to have them all in MS Word. Also, the document formatting should be standardized too. My transcriptions appeared slightly different, even the MS Word files. This was not a problem per se, but again, it would be nice to have them all look uniform... particularly if one wants to paste the different transcripts together, as I did.

What a great service. Very quick and efficient. Very accurate and the end product was formatted very nicely. Easy to adapt to whatever the end goal of your transcription might be!

I go to them with all of my transcription jobs as long as I have the right file or youtube URL. It would be nice if they accept all types of files and URLs but I suppose that might take away from the fast turn around. They are also very pleasant to work with if I run into any problems (but hardly any).

The upload and preparation process was easy and straight forward. Transcribe.com provided the finished translations on time, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The interviews included some difficult medical terms and names of locations, but I felt that the transcribe team was able to provide a very accurate transcription. I would, most certainly, use this product again.

A thorough review revealed only a handful of words had been misunderstood. It was so simple to upload the files, get the price quote, place the order, and receive the Word docs returned when and as promised. Highly recommend!

I went with another company before to do a transcription of a project for training purposes and the results were horrible. It took me longer to fix all their errors than it would have taken me to transcribe it myself. Transcribe.com did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient and a REAL person transcribed my project not an automated software--huge difference in the results!

I can't say enough about this service - wish I had stumbled on it earlier. two critical jobs in 36 hours - the first one 100% accurate overnight. The second was a half hour convo transcription that needed some further editing after the first draft - and that concern was met with lightening quick response and corrections done, sealed and delivered within 12 hours. I'm SOLD!

I love how transparent Transcribe's Web interface is. You can upload files for transcription and see immediately how much the work will cost. A representative from Transcribe was in touch via email within 24 hours to tell me she was working on my project. Very personal service--and quick and accurate!

This was of no use to me. They only transcribe english, despite the fact that they mention other languages on their website.

An old cassette from the 1990's, quality poor but with such valuable information. A chance to hear my mother's voice. Not only was this special but transcribed correctly this let me know everything I needed to know..

The service was easy to access and provide a personal touch with a company rep sending me an email and inviting me to ask questions I might have. Finished product was good enough to be included in a final report.
