Not sure what’s happened to this bus service in recent years but the quality of the drivers is a joke. 2 times since the 40 has changed to the F2 have I seen pedestrians nearly getting hit. Drivers ar... See more

It's just awful
It's just awful, buses arrive when they want, and I don't have to come for a few hours at all, although it's on schedule, and it's on weekdays!
Wanted to buy a visitor leapcard online. Complete failure
Website overloaded and complicated, you need a bachelor degree to find your way through it.
Finally was on the purchase page, entered all my details correctly, I checked twice, and the result was: "Error - Data exceeds the maximum length for this field" .... but which field??? I can provide screenshots if needed.
Had do enter all again, checked again if all details are entered correctly, same thing.
Not a userfriendly website at all!

Absolutely the most crapest service EVER. My son is still waiting an hour since finishing school, 150 service towards town. Happens on a regular basis. -10 rating if I could.

115 was due at 11.27 no show to Kilcock next one due 12 joke of a service
Joke of a service the 115 to kilcock…
Joke of a service the 115 to kilcock nearly every hour now, half they time they don't come or to full n ppl left at the bustop
Leaving aside the terrible service…
Leaving aside the terrible service provided, the management of TFI is made up by a bunch of incompetents.
They have decided to close the whole North segment of darts and commuters the day the Dublin marathon is on.
This is something that only somebody whom don't have a clue of what they are doing can plan.
I am sure that they have been communicated the date of this event well in advance.
With a number of traffic diversions in place for the marathon people would have relayed on public transport to get into Dublin City centre.
The public transport service is already poor to say the least, no need to complicate matters by making such poor choices.
Pros and Cons
On the Pros side, it's great that TFI exists.Their drivers are much nicer, more polite, more punctual and more helpful than the average Bus Éireann drivers. Our tax money well spent.
On the constructive side: The lack of accurate information, both online (on the company website) and at the bus sotps makes the service almost unusable.
A lot more work is required on the timetable information for the service to become effective.
Tip: They recently launched a thing called The internet. Word on the street: it is seemingly handy for socialising public information.
