We want to thank Traslo service for the assistance and management of our move to Australia. From the initial contact I made online and through the whole process. We’ve made similar International moves and I know how it works. We had some very particular plans we needed this to tie in with and their professionalism made it all work. The support from the office and very hard working crew on the day from the company made it all come together without any real hiccups at all. Highly recommendable.

If you are moving within the EU, these are average 3-star brokers. I can't say "Movers" because they actually don't move anything. They sit at the phone and contract everything out to other companies with whom you as the customer have no control.
But, if you are moving outside the EU, do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They are totally unprepared and inexperienced in non-EU countries or anything requiring ocean transport.
Se ti trasferisci all'interno dell'UE, questi sono mediatori a 3 stelle nella media. Non posso dire "Movers" perché in realtà non muovono nulla. Si siedono al telefono e appaltano tutto ad altre società con cui tu come cliente non hai alcun controllo.
Ma se ti trasferisci fuori dall'UE, fatti un grande favore e stai lontano da questa azienda. Sono totalmente impreparati e inesperti nei paesi extra UE o in qualsiasi cosa richieda il trasporto marittimo.

We moved from Madrid to Wales. It has been a really good experience. All our things arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them. It only had a one week delay. All the staff are super friendly, including the carriers. They treat boxes and other belongings with great care. Thank you very much Luccas and Stephano.

Very poor service, they did an international removal from Italy to the UK.
Most of the furniture got heavily scratched and damaged in the process.
Very bad attitude from one of the delivery crew member as well, who had a clear "can't do" attitude and a real hurry to finish the job at the expense of damaging large furniture while off-loading the lorry and moving through house doors, stairs and when assembling.
The other crew member was much more nice, courteous and helpful although unfortunately I don't recall their names.
All in all a very poor service and definitely not value for money.

Great. Supportive and a quality service from the crew, who worked very well. They were very attentive and good with our packing. Our move manager from the office was very responsive, always available, and knew what needed to happen from the beginning.
I’ve moved plenty of times. Wish I had used them on previous moves.
They were great with a bit of trouble shooting. Both crew where with both pickup points. many thanks for their patience on our logistics changes.
All Sorted out efficiently. Many thanks to the team there. Highly recommend.

First the good things:
- Communication before any payment was made. They were very responsive and attentive to understand our needs for the move.
- Their estimation for the size and weight of the stuff to move was accurate.
- Punctuality and professionalism of the companies sub-hired by Traslo Service to do the loading and unloading of our stuff.

Then the not so good things:
- After we paid the deposit to secure the date of our move, we had more problems communicating with them.
- They tried to change the original schedule by delivering one day earlier than planned, which was impossible for us.

And then bad things:
- Never use their "Premium" insurance. They broke our dishwasher during the move and refused to pay for it because it didn't have any visual damage, just for your information, big appliances don't need to have visual damage to be ruined during an international move. We contacted them several times to try to find a solution about the dishwasher and they eventually stopped replying to our emails, so we had to fix it ourselves.

It's a shame because everything went well and smooth but this situation with the dishwasher and the insurance ruined the whole experience and I can't recommend this company.

Traslo service was really helpful for us with our move from Malaga.
The guys at the office were always fine to deal with and very responsive, and definitely took the time to know what had to be done.
The crew that helped us pack are the people to thank especially. We have already recommended these guys to others.

Awful service and terrible experience moving my stuff from London to Santander. Took 4 months when it should have been 4-6 weeks. Wanted me to pay for a shuttle service from the port to my address when nothing as mentioned about extra charges. The lack of communication between them and their partners is hard to believe. I’d not recommend Traslo. Having said this, the removal company they use called Fred Phillips was great.

I would like to thank Traslo for the wonderful service I received, especially Stefano and Luca for all the hard work they put in.
Good communication at all times and all delivered safely and within the dates agreed.

Good to deal with. We can’t fault these guy on this service.
We had a lot to move and we found that their approach from the beginning was helpful and correct. We didn’t intend on going with the cheapest service, we don’t like companies that hide costs.
I had a lot of questions, which were always answered. The packing service was fine and the crew were considerate.

Moved from London to Malaga
I have arranged with Mr. Francesco Boi (sales manager) a pick up around end of june, storage for 1month minimum and a delivery address to be confirmed between 1st and mid semptember; I was also offered 1month complimentary storage and I was told by Francesco I would only pay for the weeks I used in the end; for my surprise I was contacted several times between 4th of july and 25th of august, by Mr. Luca Serra (assistant travel coordinator), asking me to settle the payment and provide a delivery address while I was on the complimentary period (I still did not have a delivery address); in the end I was told it was for insurance purposes which did not make sense but I paid; I contacted Luca on september 1st to provide a delivery address and he said that I had missed a truck and therefore I would have to wait for the next one; after emailing Luca several times on Sept 11th he replied he would let me know once the truck departed and that an 18 metre truck would not have access to the address provided therefore I would have to arrange a shuttle service or alternatively Traslo could do it for £350 + VAT. It is impossible that an 18meter long truck fits in the majority of the streets so please be carefull with Traslo because they do not inform you. I also had to provide an alterative address (they ask you for coordinates from google maps) in which Francesco said it was fine. I contacted traslo several times to find out about any news on the delivery day since I had to organise a van. Francesco contacted me on monday at 4pm to inform me that the delivery was going to be done the next day between 8am and 10am which did not give me any margin to organise; I was also told by Franceso that the drivers would drive the van from the pick up place to my address; to my surprise the english drivers from "Fred Phillips" were not informed and not insured to drive a different vehicle; also, they contacted me the day before to say that their lorry would not fit on the new address provided. This whole experience was a nightmare, Traslo is unreliable, these are office people only which do not have any clue on transportation issues and they are disorganized. i would reccomend Fred Phillips.

Terrible service. They proved to be unreliable, incredibly disorganized and partially dodgy service. They are NOT a moving company, they work as intermediaries and make a commission out of it: in my case, the job was done by “FRED PHILLIPS” moving company (who are actually quite good). Traslo service team was not able to coordinate pick-up and delivery dates, they voluntarily skipped the parking permit issues (both in London and Milan), they misquantified the cubic meters so I had to top-up money for extra (extra?! They proved the quantification!) stuff.. But the best happened in Milan. I (yes, me) had to rent a van as “shuttle service” because their truck could not fit the road.
Cherry on the top they damaged my bed and another small piece of furniture. The whole thing was a nightmare. I definitively recommend you not to use them – these guys have no clue how a moving should be done.

I am happy with the service received. The reply to emails is fast, and I could always get somebody available to talk to me in the Office. We did receive better prices but the over all offer made us go ahead with Traslo's quote and option. A special thanks to Simone for helping us out and for being so kind.
