This company is a scam. Reported their charge to the bank. The hotel I booked with approved a refund and for 2 months this company pretended to process the refund. I got several "your refund is coming in a few business days." Despite the hotel confirming that the refund had been approved by them, but in order to receive the funds it needed to be approved by this company. Traveleuro claimed it was because of the hotel that I couldn't get refunded for a booking I'd made 6 months in advance. Will likely be out $200 for the booking. Do not use.

One of the worst f****** places to ever get anything through. Do not use this service at all. They rob you blind. I put in a reservation for the 26th and they moved it to the 27th and now I have to wait for a refund for about 13 days and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get the refund. The lady on the phone was completely utterly rude like I was wasting her time. She talked to the guy at the customer service desk at the hotel he said that they can do a free cancellation. I still have to wait to get my money back and they want me to pay again to start a new reservation that's not fair. If it's a reservation for another day they should not have taken the payment up front like most hotels don't they make you pay when you stay so the day of the reservation they normally take it out. I asked the gentleman at the desk if I was to book through the regular website he said flat out it would come out the day that you stay it would not come out before it will not put a pending hold on your account.

They cancelled the bus six days before departure and didn't refund my payment. On their website they are still selling tickets for this so-called cancelled bus. Probably a false company that is making money out of nothing. Avoid it.

Do not use this company. Booked a hotel in NYC and the hotel never got my reservation. Ended up getting charged twice, once by this scam of a booking service and again by the actual hotel. They claim they aren’t a hotel booking service, yet their website pops up for just that.

very good service the bus is clean is the owner who is the driver is very professional and friendly do not confuse Traveleuro and traveluro they are not the same website!

They are a SCAM!! BOOKED A RESERVATION THROUGH THEM GOT THE WRONG ROOM! AS WELL AS TRIED FO SWITCH THE ROOM ABD DATES! WOULD NOT CONTACT ME BACK AND STILL CHARGED MY VISA! WORST PREBOOKING SITE! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USE OF THIS SITE FOR ANYONE IN THE FUTURE!

They are the worst. I wish I could give a zero. Their reservations are not guaranteed. We booked our room for our anniversary and it meant nothing. When we got there the room was not available.
Now it will took 3-7 days to get a refund. They did not accommodate us at all. This is terrible. All other hotels are booked. In all surrounding areas now we are taking an hour trip back home at 1am. We tried for hours to get a room.

So I made a reservation with this company and I then contacted the hotel to see if they had my reservation and they had no knowledge of it. I waited a day or two then decided to cancel and I was refunded in full the next day. I just couldn’t trust this company. Don’t use this company it’s not legit.

SCAM! They had the lowest price listed when searching for hotel rooms so I booked!
What a mistake! They send a email saying you will receive a confirmation of booking soon. I arrive at the hotel they said they had no reservation under my name! The hotel had 1 room available for double what I already paid. I called the number listed and it was absolute foolishness they kept telling me wait 15 mins to call hotel which they never did! Then they say they will transfer you to escalation department. My husband is on his phone calling as well when I was on hold I could here everyone in one room talking I could here my husband talking and I could hear others talking it was so weird! I’m waiting for a refund now I wish I could find out how they could be banned this was so embarrassing!

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY . Total fraud steal your money and never book your room.Kiss your money good buy.

Disgraceful company. I booked with Traveleuro and then confirmed the booking with the hotel directly. However I had my hotel stay cancelled by Traveleuro before my check in. I got to the hotel and the hotel was booked up with no rooms. I contacted Traveleuro and Traveleuro said that they had cancelled the booking without my consent and tried to rebook it but it was full. I said this wasn't my problem as I never asked them to cancel it. Traveleuro said they would look to get me a room at another hotel. This was at 10pm at night. Traveleuro said they would call me back. They did but at that stage it was 1130pm and although most other hotels were also booked up I was able to find some accommodation at a distance. I complained and they gave me a refund but no apology or compensation for the cost of my alternate booking. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible company, I booked a room with them but ended up not staying there since the room was nasty, there was mold on the ceiling, smelled nasty and looked like someone had already been there since one of the soaps was opened and the way the pillows were on the bed looked like someone had been laying on it, I let the front desk lady know about that and asked her to cancel my reservation because I wasn’t staying there, she immediately canceled it and refunded me my deposit, I contacted Traveluro the next morning to get a refund for the payment of the room but they refused to offer any refund or credit claiming that they had contacted the hotel and they denied any refunds or credits, I called the hotel and I was told that they DID approve the refund.

TERRIBLE TRAVEL COMPANY! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I had my hotel stay cancelled by them 2 days before my check in, without them telling me. Traveluro is associated with splitty travel. Traveluro does not include their phone on their website but you can complain about their terrible service by calling splitty travel at 6466636111. When you book online with traveluro they will send a purchase card to the hotel with the amount that you paid which the hotel is supposed to cash confirming your reservation and payment. In my case the hotel was not able to process the payment card and charged my credit card instead so I was charged twice for the same reservation. Based on reviews of traveluro this has happened to many people- book online, virtual payment card issued by traveluro declined by hotel, hotel charges guests credit card for a full stay, guest is charged twice for the same stay, guest can’t contact traveluro because the phone number is nowhere in their website. Fortunately after calling splitty travel I got this mess sorted out and am supposed to be receiving my refund shortly.

I read reviews about hotel booking in the US, but for me this is an alledge but company operating between the UK and France. It looks like a scam, the bus never arrived at the Victoria coach station and the person at the deal didn't have the journey on her schedule. Both the phone and the email aren't working.

Please for your own sake, avoid this company.

Total scam. I share your pains and agony. My experience is just a repeat of what I have read through every review. However, the question remains how can we get our money back? Is there a government agency for such complaints? Please post any information that would lead to the arrest of these scammers.

We booked a room for two nights ( $254 ) in the 4-star Sheraton Hotel in Weehawken NJ, through Traveluro, on July 17. When we arrived to check in on July 18, we were told that there was no such reservation, and Sheraton did not take reservation from Traveluro at all. We ended up having to pay another $394 out of pocket to make a new reservation. Initiated dispute with my credit card company CitiBank, unfortunately Citibank said that Traveluro was unwilling to refund, and it could not do anything! Traveleuro is a total scam, and CitiBank is disappointing! Not sure how many victims are needed for Google and CitiBank to declare Traveluro a scam.

This was the worst experience of my life. I went to the NYC for my birthday weekend. When I arrived I had no room and the hotel said that all rooms were booked. Do not use this service!!!!!!!!!

Please do not use this company. They take your money immediately, but cannot deliver what you paid for and t n leave you stranded do to find other accommodations and good luck trying to get a refund. DO NOT USE! SCAM

These people are totally worthless scam artists. They coupled with Wyndham hotels stole 140.00 from me. NEVER EVER USE ! Well lesson learned. use Priceline or travelocity. Not even sure how this scam site got me in their clutches. I thought I was on a reputable site. Worst experience ever. and the sAD PART IS THEY DO NOT CARE! BEEN ON HOLD 25 MINUTES.
