I completely agree with the complaints from other customers. It's a nightmare! I booked through this 'Traveleuro' accidentally. I never heard this third-party before. I thought I booked through the 'Booking'. What a big mistake. Then the nightmare begins. I was trying to upgrade the room I booked. They said they were working on that. It took forever. Eventually, they did not do that for me. Finally, I wanted to cancel this reservation. They told me they got disconnected from the hotel. Hilariously, multiple Traveleuro representatives told me that they were reaching out to the hotel but got disconnected. Can you believe that？ They are a bunch of liars. Eventually, I booked a new room through the hotel directly. But still paid for that sh**y room booked through the 'Traveluro'. They are liars! liars! liars!

Horrible experience with Traveluro! I booked a hotel in Corpus Christi. I got a confirmation email from Traveluro letting me know they received payment and would be sending a confirmation number soon. 20 minutes later I was still waiting in the hotel lobby for my confirmation number. Meanwhile I kept emailing Traveluro explaining I needed my confirmation number. I never received any response after several emails. Finally we decided to just check without a reservation. Luckily the hotel had a room. Needless to say when I pulled up my reservation on Traveluro they had canceled it without any notice, but they seemed able to charge my credit card. Stay away from this website!!!

Hi Everyone,
I worked for Traveluro as a Tier 1 associate where I need to listen customers problem and then need to transfer to next supervisor or give information if I have.
Their are 90% of customers who does not get checkin because of no booking at hotel/ no payment at hotel or price issue.
No doubt they have cheap deals but this company is also cheap, Work culture is hell.
They don't pay us on time even have no rules regulations.
I was ill first they approved my leaves then deducted my salary also churned my job when I raised my voice for right.

They are cheaters, Mr. Jay, Ms. Ash and Mr. Nagender these are some people who are seniors but they are stupid, don't know what decisions should be taken.
They don't know how to behave with their Employees or customers they only need to fill their pocket anyhow.

Never ever book with them because they gonna mess ur trip badly.
They can't pay their agents on time, they can't give reservations on time, they can't pick your call on time.

We booked a trip to Charlston SC for a wedding over Labor Day weekend. We booked through Traveleuro. Since it was a holiday weekend the prices were all high and we bit the bullet and booked through this company, thinking it was legit. Our card was Charged 452.00 for two nights as it should of been.

When we got to the hotel, there was no record of our reservation and there was no way to contact Traveleuro. There is a 24/7 help message on their website that you can write to but Im still waiting to hear back weeks later. They do not list a phone number.

So I had to repay for the two nights at the hotel and luckily they had some available. Also, the rooms were cheeper through the hotel itself than going through this trash company. Do not use these scammers!!!!

Yestarday i make one reservation and paid ... after 24hs nothing ... dont received answer email , wathsap nothing .. stolen

While on the road, we booked a room in Fredericksburg MD through Traveluro (which we accessed through the Google Maps app on my phone). When we got to the hotel, the clerk at the front desk told us this was a scam, not the first time she had come across it, and that the room rate was about 3 times what we had booked at. We ended up staying across the street at a Motel 6. I called the credit card company right away, and thought it was taken care of, but now they have put the charge back on the credit card -- so as of now, Traveleuro has stolen $66 from us. I'm still fighting. I'm not sure if this is simply gross incompetence on Traveleuro's part, or out-and-out criminal behavior. Either way, Google Maps should not permit them to offer their services through the app.

Complete scam,DO NOT USE, they used pictures of a 4 star hotel and details which we then booked only to turn up at "said" hotel to find no booking and after investigations they had booked us into another hotel of a far less standard and not even with the same name.

Beware of this site. Use Booking.com. I used it for a cheap room on trip to Mt Rushmore over Labor Day holiday. Was NOT told there was $20 fee for reservation added on. Also found the room fee was $15 less that what they charged at motel had I just went through them directly. What a fraud and I contacted them and have never heard a word from them. Room cost be $35 more than it should have. DON'T USE THEM.

Scam! They post highly discounted rates on Google Maps and other search engines and when you try and book the hotel (only after entering your credit card info) they say that the price has changed and it will increase by 40%+. I wouldn't be surprised to find unauthorized charges to my credit card from them in the coming weeks.

Total scam...made a booking. Got to hotel to find they were fully booked with no booking for me. They'd never heard of traveluro and don't deal with any company of that name. They had no details of any booking. Could not contact company to find out what was going on. I was left 100s of miles away from home with a child and nowhere to stay in a packed city sold out of accommodation on their busiest weekend of the year. Left on the streets with a child with and £100 out of pocket. Absolutely distraught that human beings can treat others in this way.

Payment didnt go through to hotel, probably a scam. They said they couldnt do anything and that they had a problem with payments lately, he said later they would send a email about a refund but we will see. Ill adjust my review if it turns out they make it right, until then 45 min out the drain and 90 dollars to boot.

After a hell of a day with hospital & Dr. to end up telling you your brain surgery has been canceled just an hour after checking into your hotel! We check out with-in the hour tell hotel what has happened & wanting an refund, they say we need to contact Traveleuro! After talking to the customer service guy to whom keep asking "you checked in right" yes only for an hour!!!! due to medical purpose didn't need to stay...we only leave 2hrs from the city were the surgery was to be preformed but i had to report to the hospital at 5am for the 7am surgery with a 2 to 3 day stay in hospital!!! he finally transferred to a manager how now i have been going back and forward...after about 30min of talking, explaining, being on hold to only be told I will have to check your story with hotel and will be in touch by e-mail! I got 1 that afternoon stating they were checking into the matter!! then last night about 8pm received another asking for my medical document/information!!!!! They might have a good price....but the sorriest emotion for humans...

I agree with other reviewers. Its a scam. I tried to book a hotel through them, paid for it and got a confirmation receipt. But when I checked at the hotel, they said they didnt see any reservation at all. And this site has no phone or email to contact them. There is a contact us page which will just give system default solution but no contacts. I dont know why Google still have them as a legit site.

This company will not set things right after a mistake. Fortunately my credit card company recognized the shuffle and stepped in to reimburse me (Chase). I had gone to great lengths after wrongly reserving a hotel at an incorrect location, when I recognized the problem immediately. The hotel said 'no problem' but TravelEuro retained the money saying 'no refunds'. This isn't reasonable. Beware.

Run from this company as fast as you can. Total scam. I booked a room in SLC through them. The day before the reservation I called the hotel to add my Hilton honors number and they told me they did not have a reservation in my name. They said I had to call Traveleuro as they did the booking. After several calls with promises of calling me back and no worries we just need time I found out from the hotel that they had emailed the hotel several weeks before and canceled my reservation. You can imagine my concern as i was on my way to SLC with no place to stay. I called 10 more times and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was promised a supervisor would call me in 5 minutes and not to worry they were working on it. 1 hour later still no call and nothing was resolved. Now I’m at the hotel and they still say I have no reservation. I call Traveleuro and they say someone will call me in 5 minutes. No one ever called me. I ended up paying double for the room and disputing the charge on my credit card. Save yourself the headache and use hotels.com

Can I select a negative 5 star review? I booked a trip to Miami and everything was fine… once I got to check in, I had to fork out an additional 139 dollars because that’s the rate of the hotel and not the 117 a night that this so called travel agency quoted me. The hotel was unable to accommodate and directed me to travel euro, but ofc to no avail. Do NOT use them. Bunch of SCAMMERS!!! Go to hell.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Made a reservation during the beginning of June for mid-August. I called the hotel a couple of days before my trip only to find out that they booked my reservation, and immediately canceled it the same day. As of the day of the trip, they still had me as “confirmed” through their website, which was a lie. I ended up paying $850 to stay at this hotel, which is nearly $500 more than what I paid traveleuro. So, now I am out $362 to traveleuro and another $850 to the hotel. I cannot believe this site has not be shut down. This is the most fraudulent experience I have ever had.

Absolutely disgusting, I booked a room and paid for a room due to a family emergency and there is no booking at the accommodation.

So I tried to book a hotel room for 1 night, when I did the website changed my date and gave me a room for a date I didn't ask for, they say their site has no glitches and that there's nothing they can do because it's prepaid and there's no cancelation or ammendment even tho there site inserted the wrong date. I notified then once I had got me conformation email so it's not I waited days later and had a change of heart. The customer service guy Victor said he'd give me a call back after he spoke to the hotel. He didn't instead I got an email saying that there's no cancelation or amendments. I'm wondering if he called or just sent the email to the hotel. I will be calling the BBB. Do not use this site!!! Scammers and customer service is crap!!
