Did a reservation on Traveluro on June 22nd for a Hotel in Trenton, On, Canada and had a horrible experience. Customer service is hardly reachable and accessible. I had to reach them myself dialing their international phone number and was unable to get my issue solved. The only answer I was getting is that their policy is NOT REFUNDABLE OR AMENDABLE. So be careful with this company!
I wish to talk with a manager or responsible about this problem. Thank you!

I booked a stay at a preferred hotel, when I arrived they said they didn’t have a reservation under my name. When they reviewed my booking details, they said the booking was under an address that was not related to them. It was a completely different brand name hotel, one that I never agreed to pay for. It was not a great experience and had several issues there. Traveluro has done nothing to remediate their error. Still waiting on a resolution and refund.

0 stars. They cancelled my reservations 2 days after booking with an email to my spam folder for the reason "someone else booked my rate a second before me"

This company is a scam, never, ever use them unless your family of 4 shows up to a hotel and you have no reservation and the hotel is full.

Total scam they charge you without any rooms available don't book through this fraud

AWFUL customer service. No contact phone one the website and replied to my email inquiry 5 days after I had checked out of the hotel. Furthermore, they obviously put no effort into trying to find solutions to what is being requested, choosing instead to simply copy-paste policy. One would think that when a customer asks for an extra night a company might be able to at least manage to book a second consecutive reservation instead of simply saying "their policy does not allow for amendments."

Its a scam. Booked and Paid through them only to find that they cancelled the booking on the day of arrival. I am still waiting for a refund.

One star is too much! My husband book a Universal Loew’s Hotel a month ahead of time. He got there on Friday and the hotel had no reservations for him! No one has answered my email at this place yet.

Must be a SCAM. They canceled our bus trip from London to Paris very close to the departure day. But even after they canceled our tickets, they were still selling the tickets online. When I phoned them, it was the driver himself answering the call while driving, and he couldn't give me any further information. He hurriedly told me that I'll get the refund. But it's been a month and still no refund and no response to any of my emails.
Be aware, if they happen to cancel your trip, you won't get your money back.

I am a supervisor at a hotel and have been having issues with people coming in for a reservation they booked through here and they are no where in my system. DO NOT BOOK THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM SITE !!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET A RESERVATION. I

Do not use this site to book anything. They do not give you a phone number to contact them. They book you and you are on your own after that. We booked a hotel OYO in Adarsville GA, that was advertised as new management and renovated. It even had pictures of renovated rooms. Well it must have been only the room for the picture. Awfull smell, stains even the sheets. Gross, still waiting for traveluro to call or contact me.

If you are looking for London to Paris bus then you should hire travel euro. They provides best bus services. Highly recommended.

They are quick to book your vacation but very slow getting back to you if you have a problem and you can't call. It's been 12 hours and I'm still waiting. Stick with the good known sitrs

LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELEURO. I booked a hotel room 2 months ago and TWO HOURS before we are supposed to check in, I received an email that stated that the hotel is "over booked." I called and spoke with multiple agents, none of which were helpful. They told me they would send confirmation of a new hotel booking yet it took me calling multiple times and 5 hours later to receive that confirmation. So we were driving around aimlessly for 3 hours with no hotel to go to. If you are looking for a positive experience or maybe even a mediocre experience, do NOT book through them. Customer service is horrendous. If I could give this experience a negative rating, I WOULD!

Awful terrible we got to our hotel the hotel never received payment I had to rebook directly with hotel thank god hotel had availability you can’t get anyone on phone!! I would give zero stars if i could!

Horrible experience using traveluro. Save yourself by not using them. We paid for outlr hotel and once we arrived outlr reservation was there but they failed to pay the hotel! When contacting them they told the hotel to "just let them in and we will get you the payment" they are shady and unprofessional!

Traveluro Sucks!
We were effectively rendered homeless on our vacation; due to Traveluro's negligence and ineptitude.
We arrived at The Hotel to learn that our room was canceled!
Traveluro never informed us of a cancellation.
Traveluro was unable to find us a replacement room!
Traveluro refunded us our original booking but was ineffective to resolve the crisis they created.
The hotel Manager diligently called many hotels on our behalf to find us a room.
There were no rooms available anywhere for that night.
Traveluro left us hungry, tired, panicked, and a thousand miles from home!
We were unable to check in to a room until the next morning 🙁. We ended up paying over $700 for the only room available. We stayed only a few hours. Traveluro refuses to refund us for that room after we submitted the receipt!
Traveluro Makes you pay money upfront for non existing rooms. This service is a disservice! DON'T DO IT! SCAM; book directly with the hotel!
