Worthless service
Worthless service! After one of the airliners cancelled the airport I was supposed to fly from, They simply deleted this part of the flight and I am now supposed to fly from Copenhagen (I live in the Netherlands) I've been on the phone with them since the 3th of December (right now it is the 8th of January) and still my problem isn't solved. They keep promising that they will get back to me with a flight proposal, but the never do. This is really unacceptable! I would advice other travelers to stay away from this company!!

Customer service does not exist at all
Customer service does not exist at all. it keeps me waiting on the phone for 3-4 minutes and then hangs up. That is just a way of collecting money! There are NO SERVICE EXISTING there. You will just make phone bill go up.
I need to SERIOUSLY avoid this company from now on and do recommend that to others too! I WARN YOU TO USE THIS COMPANY!!

The remind of change of flight is quite good. I also got a prompt response when asking for the invoice, though there were actually two customer service gave me two different answer.... but the problem still solved real quick.

We paid for extra services which …
We paid for extra services which included the seats together and the meal. They booked us through airberlin, airberlin went bankrupt. But already before the bankrupsy, they told us we don't have seats together. We definetly paid 35 euros per chair on top of the plane ticket. Travelgenio says go to Air Berline and visa versa.
