This company is great as long as you don't make changes. That is when contacting them and getting responses would be a nightmare. I read tons of reviews and that is what people complained about. Folks, most cheap fares these days are non refundable and you have to pay any fare difference for changes with everyone including if you book direct with the airline! I booked over 10,000 dollars of fares for this trip and had no problems whatsoever and they had the best prices. People need to stop being so paranoid about using these guys!

the website is very comfortable to use and very clear. The emails were clear. The only thing I panicked about was when the document number was missing in the reservation. I looked again and I realized you didn't ask for it. Maybe you should mention that the ID number is not required at the time. Thanks again.

I had very bad experience
I had very bad experience. They sold me a wrong kind of ticket: I had less than 2 hours of time to change planes in Shanghai. I didn't have enough time to catch my plane so I had to buy a new ticket and catch the next flight. + I have sent a complaint to Travelgenio about TWO weeks ago but still no answer. Not very good customer service.

I couldn't book checked baggage at the time of booking. Neither could I book travel insurance. This made me very uneasy and uncomfortable. I was worried i wouldn't be able to get my bags on my flight as there appreared to be a proviso around hold space. I'd give travelgenio a much higher rating if I had been able to book checked bags.
