Totally it works very well for us.
The flight back to Stockholm was very noisy because of some people with great handicap.

Your staff should check credit card expiry date when accepting the booking, I booked in April for a September booking at Airport Novotel only to get there after midnight to say I had no booking. The piece of paper in my hand said "your booking is confirmed'.
It took an hour to find us a room. We were in Namibia and had no E mails while we were away so did not get the one you sent 1 week before we we due to arrive at Novotel.
We did not need that after a 28hr flight time

Everything went well with the Booking,no complaints

Without a clue from Travelgenio, I cannot remember what services I purchased.

If it was bus travel in Spain, the experience was extremely smooth and reliable.

The wordings about Luggage on the ticket could be misunderstood
" Luggage - not allowed ".

only bought a flight, travelgenio s sight was easy to use, prices good and I would use them again.

Room for improvement

The experience overall was great. The only tiny issue that I had was with the agents I understand they are handling lot of calls and are doing there best to care for the clients. Nevertheless, the client doesn't have to feel rush and cut short when he has the opportunity to speak to an agent at least that how my interactions with the agents was and I didn't get the chance to express the reasons of my calls and have it resolved. The agents not just want only confirmed my name and the names of the parties listed on the booking, review gave me the itinerary, the time we are expected to be at the airport and goodbye. I could have done that online anyway beside that everything else was alright.

When one of my flights were cancelled I got good service arranging new flights, and they were even better than the first.

They have great deals!! Would definitely purchase tickets from this site again in the future!!!

my flight back got canceled so i needed to wait 14 hours at the airport until they found a different solution.
than i have a non direct flight back to israel
then my suitcase did get on the second flight so i only got it 2 days after.

Booking from my mobile phone was kind of a hustle when web page was not working perfectly. Could not go back to previous webpage, instead had to start the booking from scratch and it happened 3-4 times which made me almost jump out the window.
