Super professional OTA!
Super professional Team (especially Beatriz). American Airlines had cancelled our flights to Miami and Havana and Travelgenio had refunded our tickets pretty much immediately after the airlines had refunded them. Highly recommended and keep it up guys!

I was suggested to go via Istanbul to …
I was suggested to go via Istanbul to Cyprus with Turkish Airlines. It was just an hour between the flights and due to delays (which often happens) we all missed our connecting flights. Its a bit unprofessional to suggest these tight time schedule considering how often there are delays and considering that the transfer from the aircraft to the arrival terminal takes 20 minutes. Lots of sad, angry and frustrated passengers.
