One thing that amazed me about your service was how fast you booked my flight. And also during purchase of the ticket, my payment was declined, yet you guys still kept the offer for me.

We were stranded in China (long story)
We were stranded in China (long story). We called Travelgenio in the morning and purchased tickets back to California. We waited the suggested 3 hours for our E-TICKET. Then we called Travelgenio to confirm. The gentleman just kept repeating that we must continue to wait for our E-TICKET. So we waited an hour, called again, and we were told that the prices had changed and they charged us again $175 each. We paid the extra $175 each and once again, waited. Midnight, Saturday and we were more than concerned. Our flight was scheduled for Sunday, 1400. We questioned if Travelgenio was a SCAM and wondered if they had merely stolen our money. I called CHASE BANK who verified that our account had been debited for the E-TICKET and the extra $175 each. CHASE guaranteed that they would refund our money if Travelgenio proved to be fraudulent. At midnight, we called Travelgenio once again. They said our E-TICKET was now SUDDENLY ready and forwarded it. I WILL NEVER USE TRAVELGENIO AGAIN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Many times your page take too much card …
Many times your travelgenio web take too much money for card fee, somethnk like 15,16 euro. I hope in future its will be better this think.
