Patient, friendly, professional, well informed.
We had a few different requests and requirements e.g. by beach, all inclusive, certain dates to travel which were non-negotiable. Joy was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient! Thanks Joy. I will definitely be back to book next year's in advance!

Didn't go looking for holiday, but after seeing g so many bargains in shop window we went in.
Staff very professional, great knowledge, not pushy very helpful,very friendly nothing was too much for them.
Walked away with another holiday.
