We had great service and help from Joy. Very efficient and took time to explain everything and make sure we got what we wanted. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back to book our next trip with them.

You booked the car-parking for 2026 in error as we fly today.
Our out of pocket expense is £285 in addition to the £140 we’ve already paid for parking: due to having to accept the immediate rates for parking.
We would prefer to be reimbursed in full for your error before we return on 03/10/25: not a great start to our holiday.

Our excellent experience was because the lady helping us (Rebecca) remembered us from last time and continuation of the same staff is invaluable. She was efficient and so helpful.

Becca had initially found us some really good deals on our first visit and on our second we booked with Joy, who found us the best deal saving us £150 on the holiday with Jet2.

Its our first time traveling with our 18 month old, but Joy answered all my queries on the arrangements for traveling with an infant.

Thank you to Becca too, whilst having no customers she made a big fuss of our little girl.

Would highly reccomend going to see the team in Carmarthen, they put you at ease whilst finding you a perfect holiday.

Been looking at holidays for ages. Decided Sunday as both me and wife was off and travel houses was open to explore some ideas. Walked in 10 minutes later sorted holiday booked and can not wait.
