All of the staff were very helpful and Charlie did a good job in helping us find what we were looking for.

Friendly staff , nothing is to much trouble , efficient,always gives us a warm welcome,goes out of the way to sort out problems.

I wanted an all-inclusive hotel as my husband is 70 next year as a present for him. They took me through a couple of options and as always Annie and Chole came up with the right location and price they are an amazing team in Cwmbran I can't thank them enough

The hotel was fine no problems.outside the surrounding area was not good for older people uneven pavement and trip hazards how people in wheelchairs managed I don’t know.ALot of building work going on,so made going out not very pleasant.Everyware was very dirty,clothes got covered in dust and very noisy.So having booked only bed and breakfast it was disappointing and we would expect some consideration of the travel agency for help when booking,due to our ages.

The manager Craig looked after us once again and managed to to get a fantastic deal on a hotel that we researched in Gran Canaria he sorted out our seats on the plane and even the car parking were given tea & coffee from Cody, the whole team at the Cwmbran store always go above and beyond

Our advice Charlie was really efficient and a really friendly and helpful. I had quickly popped in before work a couple of days before we booked. When we went 3days later she remembered what I had wanted. Xx

Have always booked with travel house, usually the Blackwood store. This was the 1st holiday we booked in the Cwmbran branch and the service we got was very good. Nothing too much trouble and took time with the questions we had and helped us decide on our choice of holiday.

Craig was absolutely amazing and always happy to go the extra mile to help find the perfect holiday and also make you feel you are making the right choice

Annie is super helpful, she addressed all our needs and was very patient in finding us a superb villa

What I thought was booked was not the same package waiting for us on our cruise aboard the marella voyager we were expecting as promised by one of your sales staff an upgrade to a 3 birth cabin what we had was a standard outside cabin with 2 beds and 2 bunks which was totally wrong for our age group and disabilities a second cabin was also booked at the time of purchase which was absolutely fine and what we had expected we were left feeling disappointed fortunately the crew and facilities made up for the fisspppinting start to our first ever cruise
