Very happy customer
I was very please that Laura made a point of checking for different hotels,emailing me the information and being patient with all my questions and changing things to suit my needs. I was also pleased with the staff member that booked my holiday as Laura wasn't available and how all the members worked as a team to get me the best deal.

I have booked with travel house before…
I have booked with travel house before and no problems with the holidays. This time I had some issues regarding flying back I was charged to bring my hand luggage back as it was a small case, but was not told before going to Turkey and took it with me. Went to travel house regarding this and was told I should have read the paper work as it stated hand luggage was allowed, not cabin luggage and I will have to take it up with easyJet. Then I mentioned the room was very small and again I have to take it up with easyJet. So what is the point booking with travel house. In future I will book directly with the travel company not through Travel House, as I feel they just want your money and can't be bothered to deal with the complaints and send you back to the company you fly with. The young lady was not interested in what I had to say, just saying you will have to take it up with easyJet. Never going back to Travel House again.

We understand your frustration regarding the luggage charge. However, the baggage allowance, including the permitted dimensions for hand luggage, is clearly stated on both your booking paperwork and your boarding passes. As these requirements are set by the airline, we are unfortunately unable to override or amend their policies.
With regard to your concerns about the hotel room, as your holiday was provided by one of our travel suppliers, any formal complaint regarding the accommodation needs to be submitted directly to the supplier so it can be investigated under their complaints procedure. We were simply advising you of the correct process, as we act as a retail travel agent on behalf of our suppliers.
We're sorry if you felt your concerns were not handled with the level of care you expected, as this was certainly not our intention. We value all customer feedback and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. We wish you all the best with your future travels.
