Steve Taylor couldn’t have helped any more with my holiday booking through travel planners! It took me months to finally come to a decision on where and when we were going to be choosing for our holiday. Steve took his time to re-do quotes for me every time I mentioned a different place/ hotel/ date without hesitation! My holiday is a surprise trip for my partners 30th Birthday so was all on me to organise, thank you Steve for answering all my questions (even the silly ones haha)! 10/10 would recommend travel planners to anyone!!

I don't like you are not taken to the website where you can look at all the holidays on offer. You are taken to filling in a contact. I understand it may e cheeper to do it this way. I would have rather had a look and filter the ones it liked first.

Booked with Paula and what a superstar managed to exceed our expectations and brought the holiday to Florida a crusade and stay in Miami under our budget with lots of extras. Would recommend you book through this lady as she is so knowledgeable

This is the third time I have used Travel planner and I have gone back to the same consultant ever time for a reason. Paul Corderoy provides an excellent service and he immediately understands what we wanted. He turned around the requests in a very short timeframe and found us great holidays with a huge saving every time.

Paula was a great help during our holiday planning stage. We had four possible companies on the shortlist, but Paula's extremely prompt and detailed responses were a great help and made our decision easy. Her local knowledge was very useful to us too, and we will be calling her before we travel I'm sure.

This was my first time using an online company so with the times of scammers etc I was quite nervous. I have to say though that sales Paul Corderoy was absolutely amazing putting together the trip of my dreams for my forthcoming 60th in July. I wanted to go in March for as it would work out cheaper & not be too hot to walk about. The trip was San Francisco 4 nights & Los Angeles 3 nights flying with Virgin (Delta) airlines from Heathrow. Paul broke down the trip, sorted hotels & flight details with an unbelievable fantastic deal; me being nervous I did pester him a bit asking various questions but he always answered me asap. Now I have been on the trip, and it was absolutely awesome, better than I ever could have imagined. The hotels that Paul picked were in central locations for both destinations, near to all the sights, shops and eateries. In Los Angeles we were upgraded for free and had free bar 5-7pm, breakfast and tapas; making it an extra special experience. We did have a bit of delay on two of flights but apart from that everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again if I went long haul and would definitely recommend this company *****

We wanted to plan a family trip to Orlando for a big birthday and didn’t know where to start. We contacted TravelPlanners and were put in touch with Paula, who’s knowledge of the area, the parks, the other attractions and everything else that we needed to know was invaluable. With her assistance, we were able to find the perfect villa in the perfect location and in no time at all, we were all booked up. If you are planning a trip to Orlando, I could not recommend TravelPlanners and specifically, Paula Stanton, highly enough.

We booked with TravelPlanners a couple of years ago when they sorted out our America and Hawaii trip which consisted of five different destinations and everything in those three weeks went to plan which consisted of 10 flights, 5 hotels and a car higher. So when my husband and I decided we wanted to go to Sri Lanka & the Maldives there was no hesitation to use this company again. We dealt this time with a lady called Shirin Dudhia, she was brilliant at finding the exact holiday we were after and going back and forth to tweak parts of what we wanted to fit into our budget, she came back to us quickly every time, which was a good thing so my husband didn’t have time to change his mind! We are all booked up for our trip away in January 26, thanks to this company once again :0)
