Paula was absolutely amazing and full of knowledge about our forthcoming special holiday next year!
Even though I wasn’t sure of things, she calmly made me feel at ease and answered all my questions!

Travels planners have been amazing very patient we were back and forth with what to book shirin was extremely helpful

I have never used Travelplanners before but from the very first time I contacted them we had excellent service and rapport. I was back and forward a few times with other travel agents but they could not match Travelplanners and Paula Stanton who was our main advisor. After numerous emails and us trying different options we managed to get a great deal for flights, 3 days in Orlando Hotel then a 14 day back to back cruise with Royal Carribean and all transfers included, I highly recommend then and I have a very strange feeling I will be using them again

Shirin is excellent, she always goes out of her way to get us exactly what we want at the best price.

I have had a few holidays booked through travel planner and never had any issues. Our first trip was Las Angeles road trip stopping a six different place. All booked. I just told them where i would like to go and they did the rest. (Duncan)
2ND trip Seattle, Vancouver, Banff, Jasper, Calgary. again I just told them what I wanted to see and they did the rest. Cant fault any of the trip. (Paul)

I like to use travel planner as I feel comfortable talking to them, I just give them an idea and they sort the rest out.
I wouldn't use anyone else for long haul flight

I contacted Paula to arrange family holiday, she asked our requirements, destination and preferences and said she would do some research and get back to me. She sent an email with details of holiday then called to discuss. The price was higher than a holiday we had found before contacting her and with some tweaking offered a lower price which we accepted and happily booked. Paula was very professional helpful and listened to our requests. Very excited to have booked our holiday.

Couldn’t recommend Travel Planners enough. We’ve just returned from our 2 week USA break (4 nights NYC & 10 nights Orlando) and it went off without a hitch. Our experience was great from the very start, Chris sorted everything out for us and the price was brilliant. Even the after sales team were great, answered any questions we had, and even pre booked our seats for our outbound, domestic & return flight to ensure we were sat together. We were sceptical at first as I’m sure a lot of people will be but I can honestly say I will be using Travel Planners again in the future, especially for our USA holidays.

Stephen was a great travel consultant. Looked into the different options I initially gave him and we talked about what was the best one, based on ship, itinerary, dates etc. He was professional and friendly.

I asked him numerous questions as this holiday was for five of us and we also wanted to renew our vows whilst away. He answered all my questions promptly.

I did get another quote from a different company as a comparison. They were close in price but their service and help was not up to par.

I am happy with the itinerary and what is included and their price. Stephen kept me informed all the way along without pushing me to book through themselves.

Would definitely recommend Travel Planners.

Great planner, got best deals etc , paid deposit, then all goes downhill..
Dates/times/hotel changed before asking price same tho .
Asked for confirmation invoice updates etc ,, still waiting after asking twice .like we got deposit just forget about them now.

Booked a package holiday with Paul Corderoy. He was very helpful and delivered on everything we asked for.
Always answered his phone quickly which is a great bonus. Nothing worse than being left in a queue.

I planned to book a surprise birthday road trip in the USA for my fiancés 30th. I found travelplanners online by doing a google search and was skeptical at first as I’ve never heard of them. I can most definitely say it was the best thing I have done! Tyler was my travel planner and I could not recommend him enough. He was so knowledgable which was great as I’ve never been to the USA. He also helped me to make sure the most perfect birthday trip was planned, he has been contactable throughout, and he is genuinely so kind and a helpful person. I asked about a million questions, Tyler never made me feel like I was asking too much and he reassured me throughout. He also accommodated for absolutely everything I requested, and I was able to trust him from the get go which is so essential when working alongside a travel planner. If you book with travelplanners then great, if you request and get to book with Tyler.. even better! I am beyond happy and grateful to have got to book this once in a life time trip and I have already recommended travelplanners and Tyler to all of my family and friends! I will also book all of my future trips with them for sure.
