Took out an annual policy pre covid and then travel was banned by the UK government. When I asked for my policy to be transferred to the following year, this bunch of charlatans then claimed they were only a broker and offered a 10% reduction on a renewal only. You cannot insure an illegal activity but this lot seem to think you can. DO NOT USE THEM

Took out an annual policy before covid. when covid landed couldn't travel to any of my booked holidays so requested a policy transfer to 2021. Refused and offered me a 30% refund only. Reluctantly accepted. Still waiting for my money back. Do not use this company!
