The website offered what I was seeking and was easy to use. Delivery was prompt and the contents were extremely well packed. While awaiting receipt I submitted an online query and the response was both rapid and helpful. Thank you to all involved!

Bought a prunus kursar from this company. There was a slight delay in delivery but Alan was helpful in resolving this. The tree arrived in great condition and a good size, as ordered. I'm delighted with it. Would definitely recommend his company.

Trees online were the only company to stock the type of crab apple I wanted. They were a good price and delivery was free. The trees delivered were a good size and in good condition. A slight hiccup with delivery was promptly addressed

There was a slight delay in delivery due to a broken delivery van. Alan sorted the problem very quickly and politely. My tree arrived 2 days later, in excellent condition and exactly the size I said I preferred. Highly recommend this company.

Heartily recommended. We ordered a three variety "family" apple tree. The delivery company tragically made match wood out of it but Alan swiftly sent us a replacement which arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. A beautiful tree and excellent customer service - will use again!

I have bought trees from them several times and found the quality to be excellent, especially in terms of size as the boxes are over 2m tall. Delivery is not next day but then they were worth waiting for.

They did their best to find my fig tree across Europe. At the end, 1 month after the order, I got a beautiful and healthy tree for my garden!

Good and light-hearted experience. Delivery time was much longer than originally quoted but compensated by larger than ordered tree.

I thought I was paying £350 for a mature 1.5-2m tall Flamingo Willow with a girth (as specified on Trees Online website) of 8-10cm. I specifically required a mature tree of this size.
After several weeks wait, a tiny tree was delivered that was about 1m tall and had a girth of about 5cm.
Alan (Senior Dogsbody, as he likes to call himself) agreed to arrange collection of this tree and replacement with a tree of the correct size. Several more weeks went by and the second tree that arrived was taller but still had a girth of only 6cm. Not the mature tree I had paid for.
Getting a resolution to this has been a nightmare. Alan initially offered a partial refund but when I said I wanted a full refund he started to get very obstructive. I made the tree available for collection. He repeatedly blamed the courier company for failing to collect it and said he couldn't issue a refund until it had been collected and inspected. I gave him plenty of time to sort this out and give me a refund and informed him that I would dispute the transaction with my CC company if he failed to do so. This was the route I eventually had to take. Now he is arguing with the CC company. He says I have made things more difficult by starting a chargeback case. He has only made things more difficult for himself by providing such terrible customer service. No doubt Alan will argue with this review, as he has with all the other 1 star reviews.
I placed my order on 11th April. It is now 4th July and I have no tree and no refund from Trees Online (CC company have issued temporary refund while Alan argues with them).
Save yourself the hassle and the waste of money and buy your tree elsewhere.

I was looking for a specific tree at a price in my budget that my local garden centres couldn't offer . 'Trees online' not only offered both requirements, they delivered ( in an undamaged package) a super healthy , undamaged , perfectly shaped specimen of a tree. I have purchased trees, from the internet in the past only to be disappointed with quality and condition , I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be using 'trees online' again in the near future. I write to Alan for advice (not for the first time). His reply was sensible, experienced and I feel I can I can trust his recommendations. All that Alan writes is drily amusing - I want to meet this man! Then my tree got upgraded to a larger size - what a treat. I didn’t have to wait long for the package to arrive and inside was a really excellent specimen of Mimosa Dealbata. Now it is down to me to keep this baby alive and healthy.
I would recommend Trees Online to anyone wanting to buy a reliably good quality tree at a competitive price.

Initially two trees had not arrived. I got in touch with a competent, friendly guy who swiftly sorted it out. These trees, as all the others, arrived in very good shape.

Trees Online had a tree I was after but I had a question - I received an answer incredibly quickly, then my order was seamless and delivery was quick. Reasonable price for the size of the tree and it looks healthy. Very happy with my purchase!
