I have just (November 10) received a fig tree that was originally due for delivery in August. The plant appears to be very good, but the experience was bad.
I can accept that supply chains are disrupted at present, but having to chase up an order several times because of little or no communication from Trees Online was irritating to say the least. This was exacerbated by the jokey style of the email replies I did receive and the fact that I was twice sent a request for a glowing review weeks before the eventual delivery.
This mail arrived on 18 October, about 4 weeks before the tree finally showed up.

"Your Trees Online order has been recently delivered and hopefully raised something between a smile to some euphoric eyebrow movement?"

I won't bother with the rest of the drivel.
I shall certainly never use or recomment Trees Online in the future.

Fab service, could not believe how quickly my vine arrived (and I'm in the North of Scotland!). Having waited nearly 6 months last time for a vine from a 'specialist' nursery, this was a treat (and a better specimen to boot). Well done you guys!

Fast dispatch, great communication and loads of helpful information on the website. Would definitely order again, I feel confident that they'd sort out any problems that would arise. Also the tree that arrived was really healthy and happy and is now thriving on my allotment. Thank you!

The first batch of Norway Spruces I received looked more like branches that had seen better days. I contacted Alan and within 2 emails it had all been sorted and a new batch were on their way (which were perfect)! Fantastic customer service and resolution after a not so great start!

Tree not delivered and is now 3 months late - I’m now trying to get my money back

Excellent tree - larger than ordered due to stock issues. Resolved a delivery problem with no fuss and in good time. Great service.

I ordered Photinia Robin Trees twice and Blueberry plants recently. The trees and plants were in very good shape and now they are growing very well in my garden. The service was excellent and they were delivered in spacious boxes without doing any damage to them. It makes your day to read messages from Alan on the progress being made on your orders. They are hilariously witty!! I would gladly recommend anybody to buy from Trees-online. They truly deserve 5 stars.

Faced with a need for a Rowan tree and a fruitless search to find one in time for an unmoving planting date I somehow came across trees on line that looked promising. I ordered without a promise of delivery in time, following pure faith and ignorance, and no other option. Crazy pricing had me ordering 12 trees not one and getting them delivered to a non surcharge address that was far away from where I wanted them. Fate intervened and unmoving plans moved. The trees arrived on time, were pretty, looked healthy and ended up in the right place at the right time and got planted. If I ever meet anyone that needs trees online I will be sure to tell them to just take a chance. It worked for me.

Bought a fig tree for joint present for some friends. I didn't mention it so they were very surprised and delighted!! They sent me a picture and it's a cracking tree - bigger than I expected (about 5') and some fruit. I'm very pleased and will definitely use Trees Online again.

Bought an ornamental cherry tree for my partner’s birthday. It arrived in a timely fashion and was in great condition. So far the tree is doing brilliantly, would definitely use again.

Tree arrived very well packaged and was just as described. Only niggle was that the delivery company didn't tell us they were coming with it!
Would definately recommend Trees online to others.

Bought an ornamental pear tree

We love our cherry tree from Trees Online. We went to them because we waited a very long time for an order from another online community and then they didn’t fulfil the order! Trees Online delivered within their stated delivery time (during a hugely hectic season!) and it was well packaged. The tree itself is beautiful and seems to be thriving where it is planted (a life lesson for us all here lol!) The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because when it was delivered, nobody knocked on the door or rang the bell to tell us it was there. (We were a little concerned that it could have been taken!) Our electrician had to warn us! Other than that though, service was fabulous and we will certainly return when we choose our next tree! 😊🌳💕

Beautiful tree, a little smaller than I ordered, but have been offered a refund of the difference. What's not to like.

Not having used Trees online before I was a little uncertain, but they had the tree I wanted at a reasonable price so I gave them a go. The tree arrived in good time, well packaged and in good condition. It has been in the ground a few weeks now - all looks good so far. I would use this company again

I ordered a tree from Trees On Line, not knowing what to expect. This was because they had exactly the tree I wanted. When it did not arrive by the estimated date, I accepted the very amusing reasons why. The tree arrived this week and I was pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully packaged and was a very substantial tree.

I was kept informed of the progress, with very good humour and a good result.

I am looking forward to planting said tree and enjoying it for whatever time I am allowed to stay on this earth.

I ordered several plants which were delivered at different times, however the deliveries coincided with optimum planting time, plants were in good condition and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. So overall it was a positive experience and I would go back to Trees Online again.

We have just taken delivery of 24 Christmas trees. Delivery had to be delayed due to supplier issues but I was kept informed so that was fine. The trees are of excellent quality and I am really pleased with them. Also, love reading the emails and website, they make me laugh out loud and after a difficult time for everyone we all need more laughter. Will definitely use again!
