Ordered 12 trees for delivery in Aug but delivery had to be deferred until Oct due to wholesaler supply issues during the pandemic. The trees are carefully packed, good healthy cell-grown saplings as promised. The 'Senior Dogsbody' has an unconventional approach but never dishonest or rude, always prompt & humorous in his emails, so I kept my sense of humour & replied in kind. A customer experience like no other but in a good way. During the same period I had trees from another (more expensive) supplier which arrived on time but had to be replaced due to poor quality. So in the grand scheme of things, I would use Trees Online again.

Very happy to support this British business. I bought 12 little dog rose bushes for about £24 delivered. I had to wait a little while which I did not mind because they are such good value. Great customer support and communication. Delighted! Thank you.

Ordered a honeysuckle for our garden way back when, and were told they would be available in August. Unfortunately the plants weren’t ready by then so waited. They came today and are great. I have enjoyed the amusing correspondence which has made me laugh out loud! Have no problem recommending this company and will use them again in the future.

Shocking customer service, over 3 weeks still no item, blames courier but cant provide tracking or proof , joke of a company, takes money and runs, what a conman!!! Trading standards next step!!

And yes in response to your reply i definitely have the right company!! Order number 30685!!! You may want to reply to the 2 emails i have sent you since Thursday!! Quick to reply on here though Mr Senior Dogsbody, so please process my refund as requested, as it seems my imaginary tree wont be getting delivered, thanks

Again mr dogsbody!!! My order was placed on 3/9 its now 27/9 that more then 15 days!!!! Yet again as i have emailed you direct you blame other things apart from taking responsibility.

He blames fuel shortages!! For one the uk has no fuel shortage , and the media started scaremongering a few days ago not a few weeks from 3/9 when i placed my order, excuse excuses mr senior dogsbody, shameful.

Refund me my £52 thank you!!!

Alan is an absolute breath of fresh air and a far cry from the usual stuffy correspondence. He went above and beyond with my order of an Amelanchier, it has arrived perfectly packaged and is beautiful - can’t wait to plant it. For a Dogsbody he’s not bad. Thank you

22/09/21 Thank you Alan for sorting out the Peach tree. It's absolutely fabulous. It's now planted and doing fine among the other fruit trees. A very healthy beautiful tree and we are thrilled.

So far as the couriers are concerned, I strongly advise you to sort out a method with them to prove to you, delivery of the plants to customers has been made e.g., a simple photo on their mobile phone else you will lose good potential money spending customers and business because of them. As a business customer to them, they are responsible to you for honest delivery of goods as what they did to us was not right and other customers.
2) You can be a very charming person so take down that ridiculous name of general dog's body as it does not sound very nice or compliment your personality and professionalism.

Your service was fine but the couriers are rubbish and needs sorting out ok.

Bought two trees from the company. Got one of my orders wrong and it was replaced immediately. Great service and quality plants. J Callaghan.

The lady on the phone was unable to help me, but did a google search and sent me elsewhere that could do what I needed.

So disappointed with the six Betula kansu I received. The packaging was all in perfect condition when delivered. Unfortunately, when opening the boxes the trees were all discovered to have broken leaders. It was apparent that the leaders had been deliberately broken off in order to fit the trees into boxes that were too short. Some leaders were not even in the boxes and there was also some damage to lower branches.
I have requested replacement trees or a refund as they are not fit for purpose. The response from trees on line has been unsatisfactory. If the damage has been caused by the courier (which I don't believe), then trees on line needs to resolve my problem as my contract is with them and not the courier.
I have been repeatedly told that the trees do not need replacing as they can be pruned to shape. The trees were delivered to Felbrigg Hall gardens (National Trust) and when the professional gardeners there opened and inspected them, they all agreed that they were not of acceptable quality.

This is a brilliant company. I ordered a medlar tree for my sons birthday and he is absolutely delighted with it. It’s a beautiful tree, very healthy and far taller than expected. The courier must have taken great care of it too as it was delivered to the north of Aberdeen and arrived without so much as a broken leaf. I will definitely use this company again.
