Ordered a crab apple tree and am ornamental pear which were very healthy
looking. Three delivery for one was on time and the other early so no complaints. The humorous emails are enough of a reason to order from here! Would definitely recommend

Ordered three Birch trees - delivered in a reasonable time, good height specimens; have been in the ground for three weeks now and no issues... would recommend trees online.

Total waste of time dealing with this company. Communications terrible and products selling are non-existent.
Be prepared to chase for updates and prepare to be disappointed.
Oh. Also, The owner doesn't like honest criticism. Their excuse that they are slow responding to emails as so busy is rubbish when they can reply to a negate review in minutes.

My Sorbus Sunshine tree arrived in excellent condition and on time. A few tips on planting and initial care would have been useful for us novice gardeners but a lovely looking tree and would definitely recommend trees-online.

I ordered 2 trees, which have now arrived, and both look to be fine specimens. The companies website contained useful information about trees, which helped me in making my choices. I would use them again.

I bought a pear tree and it is gorgeous. Dealing with trees online was easy and even humorous. The tree arrived exactly on time, well packed and exactly as expected. I will definitely use trees online again if I need more trees.

I came for the tree and stayed for the banter.
I couldn't find a Royal Burgundy at my favourite garden centre so ordered from Trees Online.
It's a very healthy looking specimen and survived transit in its robust cardboard box.
My husband will be upcycling the copper staples into some bronze.

Delivery was significantly longer than anticipated on the order, but we know everyone is having a nightmare with shipping at the moment and the delay was communicated to us so that's not the main issue.

I'm disappointed that the plant is grafted onto a completely straight root stock/trunk and I've got no way of knowing that until it's delivered, several months after I ordered it. There's no mention of it being a graft on the product page, so no reason to guess it might be (especially as the photo on the page is just some foliage). 

The whole point of the "Twisty babe" tree I ordered is the shape (description on the order page: "One of the most interesting features of the Robinia Pseudoacacia Twisty Babe is the twisting framework") and this bamboo-straight trunk is at odds with the gnarled mature tree I'm anticipating replacing in a few years. It's here now, and availability from other suppliers is low, so I'll just do what I can, but still disappointing. Packaging & delivery were fine.

The tree was delivered on time and in good condition. I’m really pleased with it. The information on the website is useful and I love the sense of humour (it’s worth a look even if you don’t want a tree).

On time, as specified, looks robust and well. Let us hope I can keep it that way. Excellent service... I will be back. Thank you

Order arrived on time, Paul Scarlet nicely protected in cardboard box, fit, healthy, good looking specimen, it has grown nearly a foot in growth, by my reckoning, since planting. Very happy customer.

Used Tree on Line before, always excellent. Last order was shipped during the hottest to the Scottish Highlands. Got here rather dehydrated but as its a great tree it survived. Brilliant service and quality trees guaranteed. Highly recommended.

The tree arrived carefully packaged and with a patient delivery/driver. It has a great form and is a very good size. This lovely plant has settled and is starting to flourish. Beautiful tree.

The beautiful tree arrived safely and exactly when Alan said it would, with only 1 bent leaf. Excellent service and delivery. If only other online companies were as much fun. The sorbus is now planted, looks as if it belongs and we keep going down the garden to admire it.
Intrigued by the possibility of alien trees delivered from Alpha Centauri now that, post Brexit, new Galactic Trade Routes are opening up. Will they really let them in?

They informed us that the tree we had ordered had come in, but was not up to expectation. Would we accept it or wait 3 months for a better one (hopefully). We waited and our Tibetan Cherry Tree arrived last week. A bit dry, but unscathed. Unboxed it and gave it a good drink and left it in the fresh air for 4 days. Planted it yesterday and it seems quite happy in it's new home. Full marks to Trees On Line, especially Alan. As for DX, couldn't be bothered to drop a delivery card through the letterbox. Only found the box after a good search. Thanks!
