Bought a Koretrak as have had fitbits etc in the past and they do help motivate you, but what a waste of money.. one died within a month and company has yet to return any contact request.. Don't waste your money with these..

Does not work green light will not come on to work can't check nothing or even fix watch to run. Bum watch

I purchased 2 « Rangeextd » WiFi extenders to improve réception in my house. Neither one worked; I therefore complained and was told that they were obviously defective and I would get a 20% discount and receive 2 more extenders which duly happened. HOWEVER, the 2 new ones did not work either!! The proposed method of using this product is to plug it in, press the WPS button and do the same on the router. My router could not find the extender! Nevertheless I did get a wifi signal for an UNSECURED network at a speed of 3Mbhs (as opposed to 300Mbhs claimed by this supplier). Worse still, whilst this product was plugged in my normal house wifi kept buffering and was hardly usable until I unplugged the extender!!
I maintain, and have maintained to this supplier that they are guilty of misleading and false advertising; if anybody has had the same experience as mine would you please contact me with a view to seeing whether this should be brought to the notice of the law

It's not what I thought it was and can't use it need the know how to send it back and get my money back

I bough 2 Oshen watches for myself and my wife and initially we were pleased with the watches. We noticed that there was a big difference between our expected pulse rate and the watch. Both trained first-aiders we then started manually taking our pulses and compared this to the watch, the watch was never correct. My watch stopped working and i could not find a return or warranty contact. The company sent an customer enquiry to me and I'm using this to communicate with them. They now saying I should have opted for the 30 day return, nothing about warranty or inaccuracy. Not happy

I recently purchased the Oshen Watch that I recently received when I opened the box of contained the watch only no charger. I haven't been able to launch a complaint and return for credit as the support site doesn't provide for any contact info. I'm stuck and bought into this scam. Don't buy from this company.

So sorry I wasted money on this product! I bought a neck relaxer from this company. What a mistake! Took several weeks to come and I got maybe two uses out of it before it quit working. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

IT DID NOT COME WITH A CHARGER. I’ve tried to contact support like it said, no contact, I’ve tried several different ways. Then as I was looking, I found that I wasn’t the only one that got the surprise of no way to charge it. NO RETURN ADDRESS. I will now contact my credit card company. Please do not buy from this company. Bad business.

NeckMassager is a fraudulent product. Never worked. Can’t get anyone to assist and PayPal not responding either. Do not purchase any product from this China company.

I received my mobile clean devices 10 weeks after I ordered. Not sure why they bothered to send them - all 3 do not work. No way to reach the company. What a waste of money. Please don’t order anything from them!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM OUTFIT. Ordered a Neckrelax and it finally came. No invoice, no address, no operating instructions. DOES NOT WORK--PIECE OF CRAP!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. They might send you your order, but it won't work and it is probably second hand used. A 50% coupon was enclosed with 3 approval seals--all phoney. Signed by a Richard Brown which is fake, probably Chang Sheng Wu.

Such a rip off - they charged me for neck relaxer that does not work and a warranty- I am out $100. So miffed - won’t answer emails or phone calls. If anyone gets hold of them, let us know

I have now been waiting 10 weeks. And they charged for and doubled the order. Numerous emails to the company and "its on its way- to Australia via Switzerland. How can we get satisfaction from this company? How do they "pop up" on the screen and convince us to buy? Never again.

Trying to resolve an issue with anyone in this group is IMPOSSIBLE. The USA phone contact number of 609-414-7087 is also a hoax. You will never get connected with a human. They don’t provide you with an Invoice or reference number when the package miraculously arrives (after 6 weeks) and consequently you will never get a refund or help in any way. Only ghost emails from someone who will not assist.. Don’t order the Neck Relax under any circumstance - that is my recommendation.

$150.00 is what they got me for.

I have to admit that I fell in to the same trap as everyone else! The neck massager was horrible! ! couldn't get it to work, and I couldn't get the battery lid to shut properly! They even charged me for a warranty, even though I did not ask for one! I also will send my problem for the BBB. I will continue a relentless search to find them...They will be sick of me before this is over...

Bought mobile clean a UV sanitising wand ,doesn’t function,a waste of money + import charges .
KEEP AWAY FROM THEM .
