I ordered antenna after many months of waiting I emailed them . Out of stock Waiting on a shipment after many more month they said since I waited so long they would like to give me a 20% discount and as soon as they got them back in stock I would get mine. They did give me the 20% but no antenna After another month I got the antenna only to plug it in and get one channel that was local and I could have gotten without an antenna. Even at that it went on and off the whole time. I have written that it does not work and I want my money back. NO answer yet !

Terrible company, SCAMMERS, don't respond to emails, never anyone available to speak on the phone, never, ever buy anything from this company

I got the cell phone charger product but there was no instructions on how to connect it to my cell phone. When I finally figured it out it wasn't the right charger for my phone. I tried emails and phone calls to customer service. No phone support. No email responses. I think the person who wrote the good review works for them. After I bought the charger I saw information on the net about cell phone chargers exploding so now I don't think they are even safe to use. Richard Brown is listed as their director of customer service. Can't find anything on him either. He's probably just a tombstone and they stole his name. There is no customer service with this company. Do not buy their products!

Never received the amplifier. Only received the antenna that does not work. Still nobody answered phones or E mails. PayPal failed to return the money as company gave them tracking details.

Worst experience for on line shopping I ever had!
I purchased the livewave antenna at the middle of January and 3 days after placing the order I e mailed the company asking them to cancel my order because I no longer wanted the product after reading reviews . That was a big mistake on my part because I should have done that first. I get an e mail back the next day sYing they can’t refund my money because the product already shipped. I figured ok I’ll get the product and just return it as soon as it hits my mail box. So I wrote back saying that I never received an e mail stating that the product was shipped. About a month goes by and I get an e mail stating that the due to high Demond my product will be delayed . I said you e maild me a month ago telling me I could not get a refund because the product was out for delivery. After countless e mails back and forth with this woman named Leslie she e mails me today saying that a refund was being made and allow up to 30 days for a refund. I’m going out of my mind ! I never heard of it taking up to 30 days to refund a credit card. At this point I need to reach out to my card company and see if I can stop payment to this company. I hope this review will help out people in the future to not deal with this company ! Save your time and your hard earned money and shop elsewhere to known companies. Good luck to you all.

I don't even want to give this company a 1 star but there is nothing less... DONT ORDER FROM THEM... Products don't work.. they give you a bogus telephone number to call for help - no one ever answers the phone sitting in queue for over an hour... 4 emails to their support line and no return emails.. .

No response from customer support by telephone or email after trying for several days. two telephone calls on hold for 35 mins each, with no response.multiple emails and no response.
Very, Very bad service (if it can be called that). Still waiting to see if they will respond. Would like to return the 'Livewave" product as it does NOT work.

All I will say is... SCAM!!! I will read the reviews of any and all companies before ordering anything, thanks to scam companies like this one! Try calling them before ordering anything. This is how you know they are illegally operating a scam. Do not order from them!

Beware! Ordered from them on December 20th and received emails that the product was on the way and then another email that it was actually delivered on January 8th but it wasn't delivered. Calls to their support number never get answered, there is never an agent working. They also don't answer emails. Going to have to ask my credit card company to reverse the charge. Annoying! Stay away from this company

Worst company ever!!!!
Ordered a product and now can't reach anyone by phone or email. They do not respond. Yet they are fast at charging your card and overcharge it at that! I'd advise not to order from this company!!!!! Have a feeling I'm going to eat those charges.

Screen cast my a$$. Couldn't get it to work and couldn't get help as their phones were never available. GARBAGE COMPANY

I recon this company is a scam. They have not sent my order which was placed 30 days ago. They send ridiculous emails saying that the order is "in processing" or has been "delivered" but to wait a a few days before contacting their support team, but this is only after I send them emails complaining about nothing happening. I will now be requesting Paypal to claim a refund of the purchase price.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I bought the tv antenna and amplifier, I have tried to get it to work on three different televisions, in three different locations, it does not wo k rand strangely the website for service does not respond, and there is no information on how to return goods. I would advise everybody to be very wary of this company

I give this company 4 stars due to the fact that my antenna was never delivered, it was probably lost or stolen, however I would like to praise their efforts in offering a replacement or a refund. Since I ordered another antenna elsewhere I opted for a refund which was action-ed immediately.
