We ordered and paid for three tv buddies in January and three months later have still not received them. Be wary I think this may be a scam. You cannot contact them so it’s all a bit sketchy.

I purchased a WiFi booster in early December 2019.
The only communication I have received is an email on 6 February 2020 asking how I liked it.
I responded immediately advising I have not received the product or any shipping details. There have been no further communication.
I guess this is what to expect when you purchase goods from overseas companies.
This company is a joke!

Do not touch them for any of the things they offer. When I told them I wanted to return my goods I had an immediate offer of a 20% discount. I turned that down and now they just do not respond.
I have given them a one star rating and that is only because I cannot remove that one star. They certainly are not worth any rating other than AWFUL!

I purchased two Wi-Fi boosters, Both are not working they don’t even power up.
I was told to send a photo of them not working which I did. The company proceeded to tell me that it had passed the 30 day guarantee and they would not refund me my money. I agree with everybody here it’s a hoax and they just email you back with no contact number, no address and it’s different people emailing you basically just saying you have no rights whatsoever I no Customer Service and the product is faulty. You’d be better off to buy something at a reputable dealer in your own country.

I agree with previous reviews....this is a scam. When called, they will not provide an address to write the company, although the business card included in the boxed product says, "Questions or concerns? Don't worry, we're open to feedback. Write us below." Good luck with that! This company is a total joke, but I will learn from it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRENDYTECHMEDIA.COM.

I brought a Wi-Fi booster fom from this company hooked it up with the Australian plug supplied and plug it in and does not work this unit looked second hand when I got it and it is a piece rubbish. This add come up when I was on the ebay site thinking it was safe. But it was one big scam. Hope they rot in hell.

Well Call me a sucker. Bought 3 units in Feb.(2 for presents), did not work near as advertised, returned first of march. Have had runaround since (supervisor is ALWAYS out) since. No $73.45 refund in the wings. This place does NOT return your funds. RUN LIKE HELL BECAUSE THIS SETUP IS A ADVERTISE AND RUN SCAM.

Thank God I didn't get caught out this time. I have in the past taken some of these with reviews as legit. I looked up the internet country extension .io and found out it is the British Indian Ocean Territory. That is a dot in the middle of the Indian Ocean, half way between Tanzania, Africa and Malaysia. No reputable computer tech company would operate there. DO NOT GET FOOLED.

These reviews are speaking the truth. I called customer service twice. Was put on hold both times and waited over 45 minutes each time with no one answering the phone. Emailed three or four times 5 months ago and never got a return email till yesterday. Telling me I could not return the product (insoles)because I was past the 30 day return policy but they would give me a 20% credit on my next order. I wouldn't use the credit if they were the only place to purchase an item. They suck! They deserve a negative 5 star rating. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! You have been warned.

Well I bought 2 SuperBoosters hoping they will help poor wifi and they DO for my situation. They arrived in NZ with wrong plugs so feeling I had done my $ still wrote to them and got immediate reply and 2 NZ adapters arrived within a week! I was surprised to say the least especially after reading the reviews. Given 3 stars because they should have come with correct adapters. Also took a couple of goes to connect but fine now.

Drop shipping low quality products from China. Customer service takes three weeks or more to write back and answer to a simple question about shipping status. I never gave permission to send promotional e-mails. Receiving spam from them anyway. The unsubscribe button gives the impression it is functioning but spamming continues for over 6 months. Clearly bad intentions. This company can not be trusted to deliver ordered products correctly. Do not buy things from this company.

Wish I’d seen the other reviews before I ordered the WiFi Boosters. Unlike some other poor people, I have actually received mine(3) but they have the wrong plugs for Australia! Unless I buy adapters, I can’t even test them! So embarrassed that I’ve been so obviously taken for a ride....

Finally received the products. a load of rubbish and one is broken. It makes no difference to the wifi speed. Told i had to post them back to the Netherlands to get a refund. but i looked up their address on google and they are a bunch of crooks, so no point in wasting anymore money. They apparently don't refund you even if you do send them back. so annoyed about it

I’m amazed some people actually got their order. Ordered Feb 3rd, CC charged Feb 4th , as of May 6th still no product. Called customer service twice and they were going to look into it. Ya right...It’s a SCAM, can’t believe they can still run their website...DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE......
I believe in KARMA, it will come back to bite all involved.....

These guys are crooks.I fell for their 3 for 2 order option. Was told response huge they were behind and would refund a few bucks for the delay... BUT my order was filled and about to ship. That was weeks ago. I am now getting sales promotion emails from them that I can not unsubscribe from. They use multiple email servers so you can't even block their BS promos. This is a scam operation...

One star is probably too much. I ordered 3 superboost wifi extenders only to find out they were junk and not even needed with my system. After ordering in early February, delivery date on 2/28. I tried to set one up to see if would help my speed on laptop in bedroom, but NO, and was very complicated. On 3/27, I emailed them requesting a refund and instructions on how to return the products. No response. I called them today (4/11) asking for same thing. They claim, since I am out of my 30 day time, no refund and would not exchange for anything else. RIP OFF COMPANY.

This product is trash, and very expensive trash, it is a very simple plasticised dipole
I can do better with an old piece of wire, don't be fooled by the presentation, you can buy similar on ebay for £3
Mine is in the bin because it made me cringe when I saw it, to think I was duped and spent £80, Mark this companies trade mark well and stay will away, I hang my head in shame
