I'm contacting the BBB and if anyone else could possibly do that, I'd be appreciative. Let's shut these people down.

The product NeckRelax

The product - NeckRelax - I bought does not operate as advertised. the controls are weak, I should have looked at the reviews on this product on your site before ordering. Furthermore, when looking back at the confirmation order form, I saw that I was charged $78.99 US dollars that include all taxes and shipping. Upon receiving the product it was COD $9.97. I also saw on another Facebook site the same product is advertised as $29.99 US with free shipping and handling. your price is more than double for the same product - OnixTech.
How Can I send this item back to you for a refund? this is a Knock off Product.

Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

I purchased the NeckRelax And I’m here to tell you, I have been scammed. The device was obviously used and returned. It had finger prints and small scratches.
The battery compartment was missing the cover. The mode display window, which also had scratches, didn’t even have a protective film.
I submitted images showing the missing battery compartment cover, the scratches and poor condition of the junk I was sent. I sent them an email with all the images and have heard nothing, nada, Butkus, zilch.

I purchased an OshenWatch online for $49. With shipping was $58.94. I have the same horrible experience as most everybody else on this page. Ordered a watch from them and never got a confirmation and they have yet to return any of my emails. I contacted PayPal but they turned my claim down. Looks like I’m out $58.94!

As expected

I ordered 2 telescoping monoculars on April 28, they arrive in perfect condition today, May 20th. The ad said allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. I would have said 5 stars, but you have to buy to accessory we wanted, and it was not clear that it was not included....but the lens is good. thank you

I purchased an OshenWatch online for $49. With shipping was $58.94. I received an email saying that my order wasnt complete and to finish it. So I proceed to finish it again.
I am billed both times and unable to contact the company to to cancel one of the orders.
Will continue to try and if no results will get my credit card company involved!

Be aware of this vendor

Be aware of this vendor! This is a very suspicious outfit. My wife came across an infrared no-touch thermometer for $14 that was previously listed for $69.on the Exclusive Hub Website. She ordered one. Soon after she was expecting an email confirmation which is a typical routine when you order things online. The email never came. We immediately checked with our credit card company. There is a $14 pending charge. We now have a bad feeling about this order so we went back to the website and read each fine word. After going through the fine print, the item actually cost over $150. The $14 is the first installment. So we called the customer service this morning. The number on the website turned out to be at St Martin. The confirmation never came. We were lucky that we managed to dispute this transaction with our credit card co. I have read some customers ordering items that never came with Paypal. Then they are out of luck! I just want to put this message out so that you won't be the next phish.

I ordered a neck relaxer and warranty from trendytechmedia and they took the money and did not send a tracking code, I sent them an email asking for a tracking code. I still can't get any communication with these people. I will have to get my bank to get the money back for me as they are not responding. Its ridiculous that they are allowed to trade.

wi fi booster trendy itechmedia

to all i ordered wi fi booster 25 of jan 2020 and finally got it today . This company does not meet its obligations trading in au under consumer laws that are in place in this country so they should be banned in Australia. Under consumer laws company must not be misleading in their advertising e.c.t which they seem to do . I do know if you want to be successful in getting refund or product you are still waiting for then try these steps as I had done and you should get something to fruition. After weeks and two months waiting it was a painful effort to get my monies or product I paid for 1 I called the company in your invioce you recieve from them look down at bottom and there is a few n.o. s for contacting wi fi booster customer service which was actually quiet amazing I told them that product has not come in time frame specified by them want refund they didn't want to refund instead saying its shipped wait give us 15 days more so 30 days later no product called them this time they offerd to re embers me half of the money as long as I waited another 3 ,4 weeks ,3,4 weeks later still no product called them back demanded cancel of product and my money back ,they didn't really want to and that's when I said I would contact Mastercard and get them to refund my money finally they said they would refund full amount ,3 days later I got full refund for wi fi booster ,you have to continually ringing and chasing them if you want to have any chances on monies or product and ring n.o.s that there is out there

I am reading terrible reviews for this company. I ordered a Neckrelax and it came 2 days ago. I had no problem contacting and speaking to someone who confirmed my shipment was on its way. Told me where to look to see the journey. I have yet to try it due rechargeable need recharging, but I was sceptical reading these reviews. Thank you

I wish I had looked up this scammer…

I wish I had looked up this scammer company before I ordered a "NeckRelax Massage" device from them online. After I provided my cc# for billing, the website hit me up with another device they thought I should have. Then I received a notification from Visa, saying I had made a transaction outside the US. I closed the web site and received a message saying I'd left something in my cart. Long story short, I wrote the company twice, asking where I could send the product, in case it didn't work. The response said, "There's no problem with your order." No contact information was ever given, nor did I receive a receipt. I was pretty sure it was a scam and, indeed, the product never arrived. They take your money and send you...NOTHING. Thankfully, Visa stands behind its customers in case of a fraud like this. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
