Excellent & Friendly Service
I have recently just purchased hosting from Trentahost and have no complaints. When arriving to the website I was prompted with a Live Chat box that offered instant support for any questions I had about this provider, so of course I took them up on this offer to find out as much as I could about them. I spoke with a support agent for about 5 minutes on a few questions about DDoS protection and Bandwidth consumption before being transferred to one of their hosting specialists. The first agent was your average support agent. He answered my few questions with very short delay and as thoroughly as he could, but the last question he could not answer and that was when I was transferred. The hosting specialist I was transferred to was by far the friendliest, most helpful, and most outgoing support agent I could have asked for. All my questions were answered in great detail and I was re-assured of Trentahost's services.
My experience has been great so far and I look forward to hosting with this company.
