Excellent service from start to finish. The quote and design was clear. The surveyor was excellent and the team who did the fitting for our windows were great. Everything ran on time and there was no mess.

Great communications and really helpful, no pushy sales talk and we felt confident the company understood what we wanted. We found a great choice of door styles and colours and the installation came exactly when they said it would. The fitters were great too!

Excellent experience
From the start of my interactions with the sales team, through to installation and aftercare I have been impressed with the company.
I very much liked the approach of the Sales Designer. I didn't feel any hard sell or fake offers rushing me into making a decision (which was a very different approach compared to some of the other companies I got quotes from, that made me feel really uncomfortable). He was informative, approachable and helpful.
A Project Manager was assigned to us (we were changing from an existing orangery to a solid roofed extension with all new windows and doors). He answered all of my questions promptly and in full and visited the our home several times during the install. From other renovations we've learnt that a good Project Manager who is ideally not one of the actual team physically doing the renovation work, is key for oversight and to have time to respond and communicate with customers. After a bad experience previously with another company, I did have a lot of questions, but he was always polite, nothing was too much trouble and he was always able to get me an answer quickly. He was flexible and planned the timeline around me and a couple of days when I was unavailable etc.
In terms of after care I only had a couple of very small snags and they were resolved promptly with someone visiting our house quickly to do the work.
The price was fair compared to other companies we got quotes from, but the most outstanding thing that I was impressed with the most was the timeline. Where other companies couldn't give me any kind of install date or just a vague one, I got a full timeline from Trent Valley immediately and it was kept to and in fact exceeded. I couldn't believe the speed of the work from me paying the deposit to completion. The install team worked in bad weathers to get it completed on time and the Project Manager planned other trades such as plasterers and electricians, perfectly around the installers.
I would definitely use Trent Valley Windows again for other renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience. Thank you to all the team involved, we love our new extension!
