Straightforward process, no hard sell, and I’m so happy with the final product.
Was really impressed with how efficiently it was all done - helpful sales staff who went through design and usage in detail, pre installation appointment which was so helpful for getting the place ready for installation and then the final installation - was kept updated on the day as to arrival
time so didn’t have to disrupt work and Jimmy did a great job of installation - quick easy and minimal stress / disruption. Thanks to everyone involved.

Trent valley windows installed a new…
Trent valley windows installed a new front door to my house. It was done in the promised timeline and I am happy with the quality of the work. They collected the old door and tidied after themselves. All the paperwork was on docusign which saved me a lot of time. Every time I phoned the landline they were friendly and delt with my quiry efficiently. I will certainly hire them for any other improvements around my house.

Very impressed with the service from Trent Valley Windows. Despite the early morning call the engineers who carried out the work were first class and fully explained everything. My first dealings with this company was almost 20 years ago and I'm delighted to say that they have maintained high standards.

Great aftercare service
Following new windows and doors being installed we have had a few issues that needed resolving.
From taking details, keeping in touch to attending our home to repair windows the service has been great.
So many times After Service can be poor but this has not been our experience of Trent Valley Windows.

The initial salesman came out and was knowledgeable and helpful. He followed up with help and advice. This was followed up by a visit by an engineer to measure up he was extremely professional and personable. I didn’t have to wait too long before my patio doors were being fitted and the guys were amazing. They did a great job and cleaned everything up and took old doors away. Follow up with office was very good too. Really was 5 star service and I will be using their services again soon.

Very pleased
The salesman was great and thoroughly went through all options. The installation team were good. One issue with the silicon around the French doors but was resolved the next day. Very pleased and have had good comments from my neighbours too.

Great experience with Trent Valley Windows
We recently had 3 windows replaced with Trent Valley Windows, and the whole customer experience from start to finish was excellent.
From the initial visit to quote through to the completion of the job took just over three weeks, so service was very speedy as well. Communication is very good, and all staff we came into contact with were friendly, polite and helpful. The fitters were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't know they'd been.
The Everyman range is a high quality product that has made a noticeable difference to noise level and warmth in the three rooms we had done.
Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience with Trent Valley Windows, and will definitely be looking to book in with them again for future work. Thankyou!

Excellent After Sales Service.
I had a conservatory installed by Trent Valley Windows in 2003. I noticed water ingress from a minor leak in October 2024 and contacted them. They promptly sent an engineer to examine and identify the problem and their technicians attended to rectify this later. This was complemented by excellent communication from their customer service department.

Please read all the review. Avoid this company at all costs
We had windows fitted at the start of December, there was an issue with one that was reported to the fitter and he said he will tell the office who will be in touch. We also noticed the beading around the windows was not fitting correctly in the corners, again we informed the office. Who told us that no issues had been reported by the fitter. However they will look into this and call us back. We have had to phone a few times a week leaving messages as they don't answer the phone and do not call back. NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO CONTACT US, OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAINT RAISED A WEEK AGO. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would advise not to use.

I ended up contacting the sales man who first took the order, the fitters were out the next week to install a new frame.
HOWEVER, the frame was still wrong, the fitters did apologise. The correct frame was finally fitted the following week.
I got a reply below after first posting this review of my experience with Trent Valley. It says it is going to be investigated and apologised.
I am still waiting for someone to contact me about my complaint raised on their web site. I did think my update was going to be a bit more positive, but I have no reason to amend the one star and headline.

New windows and french doors…
We ordered new windows and french doors from Trent Valley Windows. Highly recommended overall. Comms were very good and the installation went very smoothly, with the work completed to a good standard. We also used them to replace our bay windows 2 years ago, so happy to repeat.

Can't fault their service
From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the Nottingham branch when I needed all my windows replacing. The salesman James was informative but not pushy and made me feel at ease. The surveyor Chris knew his stuff and took time to nail down every detail. The fitting (actually carried out by West Yorkshire Windows who I believe they are partnered with) went without a hitch. Everything happened when they said it would, how they said it would and I'm thrilled to bits with my stylish new anthracite windows - no more waking up to lakes of condensation on my window ledges!

Leaking conservatory
My 5 year old conservatory began to leak during heavy rain. I spoke to Dawn in Customer Services who quickly arranged for service engineers to visit. Two very pleasant and knowledgeable gentlemen arrived and rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very happy with all concerned.

Quality product and quality workmanship.
We have had Trent Valley Windows to replace our 30 year old windows and back door. The kitchen is a cold,dark, north facing room. We now have beautiful new windows and a draft proof back door. We were very pleased with the price and would recommend this company without hesitation. The salesman, surveyor and fitters were all so helpful and understanding.
