John at Trewarne assisted us in purchasing our Engagement and Wedding rings in late 2014. John's knowledge & advice on diamonds and settings was fantastic, we wouldn't have gone anywhere else. We now have the perfect rings to wear for the rest of our lives. Thank you John!

This time I only needed a leather watchband replaced. Some stores make you feel bad about small purchases. The Trewarne person was patient and helpful while I made my choice. They had lots of stock to chose from. And she fitted the new band quickly while managing to be polite about my grotty old band.
I happily go back for a bigger purchase.

Tried several jewelry stores and Trewarne made buying my wedding band an absolute breeze! Tried a ring that I wouldn't think would look good with my engagement ring and it ended up being the one - obviously knows her stuff. Couldn't be happier!

Met with a delightful and friendly staff member who was more than happy to explain options and provide ideas. I very much appreciated the extra gift as it was my birthday!

Victoria at the South Melbourne store couldn't be more polite or helpful (I don't think!) She was a pleasure to deal with and continually kept me informed of the status of my service orders.

Although I didn't purchase anything on this occasion, they carry a beautiful range of jewellery and I will definitely shop there in future.

I went in looking for a "special piece of jewellery" that would celebrate the birth of my first child. I gave the associate a few specifications and she brought out a few pieces for me to look at. I was able to choose my purchase almost immediately. She also offered to clean my Hearts on Fire wedding ring set.
I'm thankful that she didn't try to sell me something I wasn't there for and grateful for the excellent personal service I received. I will shop there again in the near future. Thank you for also accepting American Express, my favourite and preferred method of payment.

Typical male out Christmas Shopping. Earlier present idea had to be changed, walked pastthe stor and wasimpressed at unique jewellery on display. Walked past but eventauly found my way back and purchased earinsand necklace for my wife's Christams present.

Very happy with service and advice.

Only isue was with the gift wrapping, didnot need the promotional sticker and ribbon.

All in all good service, but they didn't sign the certificate of transfer of ownership for a diamond that I bought... Meaning I have to go back. Just a hassle.

Outstanding customer service from both branches we visited.
However, ring we purchased was advertised as having a G colour diamond, but the GIA certificate we obtained for it said H. As such, the valuation we received was 10% less than the price we paid for it and was told that would have been an appropriate price for a G.

I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands at Trewarne Jewellers. I chose the Hearts On Fire beloved design and using the centre diamond they chose for me which is great! Their staff had ordered few of the centre diamonds for me, helping me and giving me advice to choose the best diamond. They also gave me advice on choosing an emerald wedding band which fits my engagement ring perfectly! It is very unique idea. I love it so much! They are absolutely very experienced staff and keen to help their customer out.

I have visited Trewarne Jewellers in South Melbourne on a number of occasions and purchased several beautiful items from them. The store is equisite, their stock is stunning and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Particuly love their range of Ole Lynggaard bracelets and sweet drops.
