She helped us with financial advice, guiding us in every decision, then she was with us the whole time, late night, early morning, Monday to Sunday sometimes: from choosing the best house, submitting and negotiating the offer, law firm, home insurance, life insurance, she was by our side until we got the keys. Extremely happy with the service provided by my mortgage broker Fiazal Sheikh. He is a thorough professional and very helpful person. Throughout the home buying process he was very responsive and always replied to any of my questions very quickly. He managed to secured better interest rate with the lender when the interest rate started going down and my completion date was nearby. My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and quite honestly had no idea what we were doing! My brother recommended Lisa from Trinity Finance and WOW was he right about how good she is (and Chloe!). My boyfriend and I unexpectedly saw a property we love go up for sale online in a place we love and so we contacted Lisa to get the ball rolling. Within a day or two, she had taken all of our details, checked our paperwork and got us a mortgage in principle. With this, we were able to view the property and put an offer in within a couple of days. The day after our offer got accepted (yay!), Lisa and Chloe went ahead with our full mortgage application which got accepted by the bank within 10 days! So in a space of two weeks, we have gone from knowing absolutely nothing to accepting a mortgage on a property we cannot wait to get into. It’s such a daunting experience for first time buyers but Lisa and Chloe have made this so smooth running! They are friendly and attentive, with contact being back and forth regularly in relation to paperwork and progress - thank you so, so much for all of your hard work, we are so pleased that we went with you. Absolutely faultless x
