Melanie (ably assisted by Vince) did a great job in getting us a mortgage when we didn’t think we would manage to get one. Both older, husband in 60’s and part time with income from different sources, we found lenders would only take earned income into account and another mortgage broker found the same. Melanie didn’t give up and managed to get us a mortgage with a mainstream lender. She was proactive and responsive and we are very grateful.
