TERRIBLE company... do not use!
Just joining the list of bad reviews. TERRIBLE company. Had a taxi booked for 3.50am. They cancelled taxi at 3am and told me “to ring round or get an Uber”. Barely an apology or any acknowledgement for their mistake.
NEVER use.

Trio Cars no show
I had booked my Trio Cars taxi well in advance using Taxicode. The pickup was from London City airport. Just as I was boarding the plane, I received a text to say that Trio Cars had cancelled. This left 6 passengers, one disabled, stranded. No explanation was given. This left me precious little time to arrange alternative transport. Where I come from, when you book a taxi, it turns up. Not so here apparently!

They deserve 0 stars: worst taxi experience ever!!!!!!!
We booked a taxi to go to the airport and they didn't show up. We had to call the company to discover that nobody would come for us. They didn't even tell us about it. We almost missed our flight and had to pay a fortune for a very last minute uber. We had payed in advance for the service and still haven't got our money back, they are still ignoring our emails to get a refund so far. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional.
