The car turned up ON TIME, I got a text full of information about the car and driver, so I knew exactly what car He was going in.
He got there safe and sound and a curtesy text thanking me for using their service.
Upon return journey, I got a call from the car driver ( VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL) I also got a text with the car and driver information. I could then tell my son his car was outside prom & ready to bring him home. Upon arrival the driver waited until my son walked up to & into his home before leaving. SUPER SWEET THANKS 🙏🏾
I then got another curtesy text thanking me for using their company.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. 45min late and then was told by the driver he was only dispatched 15min prior to pickup. The driver however was great. Several calls telling me the car was 5min away when it was obviously not. Then when I cancelled the return they still called on the booking day and told me there was no cancellation! You get what you pay for! They might be cheap but terrible service.

He was very pleasant, and my husband was very happy with the journey arriving with plenty of time to catch his flight. Having read some bad reviews, I was worried but our experience was excellent. Much like all the reviews below, I too had a shockingly appalling experience with trio cars. I booked a car through Mozio who then provided me a driver from Trio Cars.
We were promised a driver would be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign for us. We called the office who were completely unhelpful to enquire where our driver was. The first time they said he was in the airport waiting and the second time that he was near the airport and would arrive shortly. The driver was exactly 30 minutes late, and Gave no clear instructions on where to meet him. When we finally found the driver he was incredibly flustered telling us to hurry up. What was truly appalling Is that our driver, Mohammed B, started screaming at us outside the airport and part of the 45 minute drive home when we asked what happened and why he was late. He started yelling “I don’t care about you, call the office, I don’t care, you’re a disgrace” Absolutely disgusting service.

We booked a car through Triocars to get our family of five to the airport on a Sunday morning. The driver did not show at all. After we called the company to investigate, Triocars customer service staff invented the story of a broken car, which turned out to be a lie. We would never recommend this service, it was the worst experience we ever had with any cab company.
It was a prebooked trip through Kabbee. Despite my plane arriving 20 mins late I had to wait for the driver for 15 mins.
Car was ok but the driving was really rough, far from what you would call an smooth ride, slamming the breaks all the time.
Driver called his company during the ride and they chatted in Arabic or Pakistani, quite a rude thing to do in my opinion.
Likely to the worst car company I have felt with.
Both the driver and the company when phoned where very difficult to deal with.

The car didn’t not even show up ... we had the confirmation email in our hands and the help line said we didn’t have one .. then he preceded to say that it was the 28th when the time had been 00:30 which is past midnight making the day the 29th. I highly do not recommend this company they are the worst and even tried to tell me I was wrong when I had the paper in my hand ... they didn’t even know that after midnight the freaking day changes and they were talking in the background not listening to what I was saying NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Dangerous cab drivers, be careful with booking with Trio Cars.
Kabbee referred me to Trio Cars. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made me wait for 20 minutes in the Arrivals. Later while I was in the cab the operator from Trio Cars called me and said that I was 2 hours late and I would need to pay extra fees for 2 hours to the cab driver. I was absolutely shocked because my booking was for 21:00 and I called the driver at around 21:30 saying that I am on my way to the Arrivals. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes in the Arrivals as the driver was not there. Trio Cars's operator's English was absolutely dreadful and impossible to understand. While I was asking if there was anyone who could speak English better, suddenly the driver stopped the cab in the middle of dual carriage way with emergency stop lights on while the cars were passing by at 50 miles an hour. There was no any hard shoulder in the road and the cars behind us had to driver around the cab which was extremely dangerous. The cab driver suddenly started shouting at me and threatening that he would leave me in the middle of the road as allegedly I was being rude to the operator. Then I asked the driver to drop me off somewhere safe as it was quite dangerous to get off the car in the middle of the dual carriage way. The driver kept shouting at me and I kept telling him that I don't wish to talk to him and I will discuss the matter with his office next day. After a long argument in the middle of the dual carriage way the driver came to some sense and then said that he would take me home. He then took me home without saying any word.
I have been really shocked, felt unsafe and threatened by the cab driver and his aggression. I will never ever again book with Trio Cars. I think it is better to pay a bit more and have a peaceful cab journey especially after a long flight.
Very poor service- paid for a meet and greet service only the driver was 20 minutes late and we had to try and find him. Secondly he was rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this company again.
They stood us up, 45 minutes before picking us up for the airport. Promised me a full refund, as we now had grab a taxi from the street. Never responded to my emails asking them to confirm the refund.
This is actually the second time they have made a no show.
Don’t ever use them.
Pre-booked (by days) car turned up over 30 minutes late, on a different street. Repeatedly told by driver and office that he was "on the street" and asking me to look for a black car in the dark.
Missed our flight and had to take a partially sighted pensioner and two under 5's home by train, costing a further £280 and 6 more hours.
