Joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COST
Bike ordered for a good price, only one in stock that happened to be my size so took the plunge. Ordered it and got confirmation, great. Bike went out of stock online.Fast forward no messages for over 2 weeks or updates. Got a completely random message that my order had been cancelled. And now I have to wait for my refund of 2 grand. Absolute disgusting service and looking at other reviews I'm not the first that this has happened too

My Order Never Shipped - Despite the current situation when your goods don't ship for a month I had no choice but to cancel....Just after I ordered I noticed the price my item increased significantly I can only assume as a result they weren't prepared to honor their initial offer. My only response was when I did cancel they told me they had put the items back in stock almost immediately. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

As many others have done. Ordered a bike for a birthday present. Chased it up after 10 days and was assured it had been picked and would be dispatched next couple of days. Waited another week to be told order cancelled.... Gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered a different bike. Waited 5 days website then showed as pick awaiting dispatch. 5 days later recieved the exact same email as previous cancelling my order.... No explanation or good will gestures.. complained via email and never even got a response. Such bad customer service... AVOID

Absolute joke of a company!
As others have previously said, fully expected delays or issues due to the pandemic however the way I have been treated is absolutely criminal!
I placed my order on 22/04/20 - bike showing as in stock and available. Paided the full amount, hadn't heard anything after a few days.
I decided to contact the company via their website (apparently all the phone lines are closed)
Aas put in touch with a customer agent Joe, assured me the order was fine and that they currently have lead times of 10-14 days due to the pandemic.
5 or so days later my order is update as picked pending dispatch! Brilliant were getting somewhere!
This stayed as picked for several more days...
Another email sent on.. Per normal response "were still within our lead times"
I have today sent another email regarding my order 4/5/20 and I don't receive a response...
Few hours later I receive a email saying that due to the pandemic they can no longer access the warehouse the stock is held in! So they have actioned for me to recieve a full refund.
I'm so annoyed! I knew this would happen and have had my time and effort by this shambolic company! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

I was prepared to be positive under the current circumstances and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to Tri UK. Unfortunately, I should have followed what I had read here. I ordered a bike which they happily took my money for, then more than a week later I got an email saying they actually did not have it and would refund me. I’m still waiting for my refund so that I can buy from somewhere the bikes actually exist.

I ordered my new bike 5th April when I ordered it I knew at the time there would obviously be a delay a 5 day delay according to their website. A day later they update their website and roughly 14 day waiting time. My bike arrived 27th April 22 days later! When I emailed them they had no idea what day of the week it was. They told me it was be dispatched Monday 27th April. The Friday before I get an email from TNT saying my parcel has been collected from TRI. I was so excited to open my bike after waiting 22 days. The box was battered holes and tape every where! The bike itself has been used and returned! The bike had marks and scratches. Dust/dirt and cob webs on it and the wheels were dirty. I have spammed them with emails since Monday and guess what not single reply. Now I am stuck with a dirty used bike with no idea what to do. If they stay open out of greed and cannot service customers to a minimum standard they should just close!

Prices looked good, trouble is they appear not to have the staff or logistics to get the said item to you...before I cancelled my order it was up to 3 weeks lead time for an item of clothing to be despatched this was not made clear during the checkout process, I'm guessing for obvious reasons. Refund was very quick

Over three weeks now, still waiting for my ordered. It doesn't really worth it so think twice before ordering from this company..... After 18 days they cancelled my order saying"On this occasion, there is no substitute to offer for this product and we are not expecting further stock and therefore we have to cancel the order" while the items are still available on their website. 🙄🙄🙄🙄. The worst services I ve ever experienced.

Received my new bike!!
I ordered a bike on 02/04/20. I became a little impatient as I hadn't had confirmation of the order being processed and read the negative reviews on here.
I got a call out from Tri UK explaining that they were very short staffed and my new bike was being dispatched the following day.
My bike arrived today, 14 days in total which isn't bad in todays Covid climate. I'm really made up with it and it was a bargin.
Don't believe everything you read, they are an honest company struggling with the current situation. They phoned me and kept in good communication although they didn't reply to emails however this was explained due to Covid issues, not ignoring customers to deliberately provide bad customer service.
I'm glad I was patient with my order.

More trouble than it’s worth...
Nearly three weeks now & still no idea what has happened to my order unfortunately. Money has been paid but any dispatch confirmation & communication about what has happened to this order etc. is still to be received. Impossible to login to their website to track this (have been told I can’t create an account because I’m already registered yet I can’t change my password (I’ve never created an account) because I’m not registered! - An email to them re: this a week ago has not been acknowledged) Understandable in the current climate but please, talk to your customers!

Awful service imo and I understand we are in a difficult situation but TRI were shocking.
Feeling inactive in lockdown I have been looking for a bike and ideally wanted one to arrive for the Easter break.
I spent a while shopping around and saw a good deal on TRI. I ordered on 1st April and promptly received an order confirmation.
Having heard nothing since, and keen to receive for Easter, I chased on 5th April.
On 6th April I received a reply apologising for the delay and saying it would be another 5-7 days before despatch.
On the 10th I received a cancel email saying no stock, no substitute available and I will receive a refund in 3 - 7 working days.

Price too good to be true -> order not completed
I made an order for a triathlon bike that seemed like fantastic value. I got a prompt response on my first email confirming that my order was processing despite current turmoil.
Only 5 days after placing the order (today) did I receive an email informing me that my order had been refunded and cancelled and that there had in fact been a 'stock error'.
No contact since placing an order.
I didn’t want to leave a negative review, however after placing an order over a week ago, which still hasn’t been shipped and despite messaging & emailing the company we have radio silence on when items will actually ship, and judging from their Facebook page I don’t seem the be the only person having issues at the moment and whilst I understand that there are challenging circumstances at play currently the fact that you guys are ignoring your customers concerns is unacceptable.
