Ever since I tried dried bananas in Cape Town,SA I was looking for them everywhere back in UK!!!!! and found finally on Tropical Wholefoods website. Quick delivery, amazing customer service, had to contact them at some point when bananas were out of stock, lol, but the response was super quick and detailed - I got back to the website the date I was instructed and voila - bananas available!!! Thank you Tropical Wholefoods, keep up the good work! :)

I was surprised and disappointed to be told I had to order from Fulwell Mill as I had ordered direct from you before.
I then found they were only able to send me banana chips, not bogoya banana or pineapple. It was 100g packets I had asked for.
I would not have commented but was prompted by your request for a review.
No complaints about the products. They are great!

TW is our only brand but under Fullwell Mill Ltd we use our fruits to make snack bars for other brands and also offer consultancy to food companies in the developing world, sharing our experience with them. I do apologies for any confusion caused to you with the duel company names. Also please do accept our apologies for the out of stock situation currently with bogoya banana and pineapple - supply out of Uganda is struggling just now but everyone here and at Fruits of the Nile (our partners in Uganda) are working hard to get supply back on track as quick as possible. We love the different dried fruit
We love the different dried fruit, especially the mango and cherries. The snack bars are great to take to work and everyone we give dried fruit to is really happy. At Christmas and Easter we like to use a wide variety in our cakes we gift to others.
The dried mango, pineapple and banana chips are always popular at our church and Fairtrade events.
The items are nicely packaged and arrive quickly, when ordering.
