You will spend THOUSANDS of dollars out of your on pocket, to getting no help from them. So please do not waste your time or money with them. I wish I didn't sign up to renew, I'm absolutely regretting my decision and it hurts. God as my witness, they will lie and use words that doesn't make any sense. If anyone is going to pursue a legal issue with them, please let me know. Contact me at 225-324-5448 and I will get involved a help get justice for their wrongs against us hard working Truckers. Dealerships and other licensed Truck Repair Facilities, also have had bad experiences with them. They do not listening to what the experience mechanics are telling them. All we want is a fair warranty to conduct business with, not to be lie to, just to take our hard working money.

Don’t never use this company!!!

Please stay away from these thieves. I had my truck towed and they didn’t reimburse me for my tow or pay for my repair. The dealer told them everything that was wrong and my adjuster found every reason not to pay for the repair or reimburse me for my tow. They also find every reason not to pay for a claim. I will never in my life use them again! I’m going to post them on every social media network there is.

They are completely crooked

They are completely crooked. From the time I reported my break down they were looking for reasons to deny the claim. Such as giving me a 3 day deadline to provide records.
After several days of "investigating" they denied the claim based on past codes that are completely irrelevant to the repair.

This is most definitely NOT the company…

This is most definitely NOT the company you want to go with. If you’re in a bind, they will put you out of business. Bankrupt you, without any remorse nor care for the company or driver. They kick their heels, ask for more pictures after every angle AND videos have been taken. They do not care. I have been stranded for over two weeks now. I was directed to go to the Freightliner in Kingsport, TN. Whole other review. DO NOT go there, either, if you have any other choice. What would have cost me $3500 at a Loves to have repaired has cost me two weeks without revenue, they’re trying to charge me over $3000 for what would cost me $700 at a Loves, stress, constant phone calls trying to get through to the “powers that be”. THEY DO NOT CARE. Bankruptcy may be in my near future, due to the behaviors and practices of this company. Let me help someone else before this happens to you.

On 9/20/24

On 9/20/24, while driving within a one lane construction zone that had no emergency pull off, my 2020 International LT625 warned me of low coolant level. This was followed by a stop engine illumination light. I could not stop nor was there a pull off. I continued to exit the construction zone and exited the highway, I-81, at a Flying J’s. This Flying J’s had no service shop. I observed the problem to be that my antifreeze was below the minimum required level. I brought one gallon of antifreeze and used 1 gallon and 1/4 antifreeze which extinguished warning light. I continued to the Love’s in Tom’s Brook, VA. for diagnosis. There was no further illumination of warning lights. Love’s preformed a diagnosis and confirmed water pump was leaking. They do not accept Total360 warranty. They recommend to take truck to International dealership. I made appointment with Harrisburg, Pa International dealership which they could not get to truck until 9/23/24. I slept in truck on 9/20 through 9/23. Truck has eAPU that starts and stops truck to recharge battery and climate control. On 9/23/24, low coolant/stop engine light was illuminated. I put 1 gallon of coolant and all light illumination go out. Per truck financing company, I was told to take truck to Denver, PA to FleetPride. I arrived at FleetPride with no lights Illumination. Truck was taken out on test drive. Claim submitted. Claim was only approved for parts because Total360 says truck was continuously operated with lights illuminated. This is false. Both Love’s and FleetPride will affirm that no lights were illuminated. ECM reads that codes were inactive meaning that there was no light illumination during operation other than at times specified in this complaint. Total360 is refusing to pay full costs of repair.

This company has denied our claims…

This company has denied our claims 2times now… this is crazy. The excuse they are now giving is that a knock sensor has been on since March.. whist bought the truck at the end of April and no lights and no codes were given smh. Plus we put the truck in the shop to have other work (first claim) and no knock sensor code or any other code was given… TOTAL360 is a complete scam… wish we would have saved the money for the level 3 warranty that we purchased. Damn near what the service is costing to have my truck fixed… I’m pisssssssseeeeeddddddd

Tru North is now Total360

Tru North is now Total360. I got my differential bad and filed a claim. Their adjuster looked at the pictures and said it is because of water contamination in differential. While the repair shop specifically reported that it is because of wear/tear but they denied the coverage so stay away from these scams. Stay away from Tru North/Total 360.

We were never able to get any able to get any coverage for repairs, they just come up with excuses if we try to, can’t even do our own services with the agreement, definitely wouldn’t recommend spending the money. The company has been such a pain to work with and the warranty period is done this coming spring. 😒

I believe TruNorth is running a scam

I believe TruNorth is running a scam. When I filed a claim for a necessary EGR replacement, they denied it, leaving me to foot the $5,800 bill for the repair. After the repair was completed and everything seemed fine, I soon encountered another issue with the BPV, which triggered error codes. Upon taking the truck to MHC Kenworth in Omaha, Fernando provided a dubious excuse and attempted to gaslight me and MHC by blaming the BPV issue on an improper repair. However, when I took the truck back to MHC Olathe, they determined that the issue was not caused by an improper repair. Subsequently, they resubmitted the claim to Fernando at TruNorth, who eventually approved it. As the repairs were nearing completion, Fernando breached the approval by claiming that we had driven the truck too far, despite having already approved the work. This left me out of pocket by another $8,100. In total, between paying for the claims and the warranty, I am now out $21,000. I caution others not to fall victim to this warranty scam. In the past, I have had positive experiences with NTP Warranty and highly recommend them. My advice is to steer clear of TruNorth, as they could lead to financial ruin and offer zero integrity. Please exercise caution and consider alternative warranty providers.

This company is scam

This company is scam. I will suggest to all truckers stay away from this comapny. Worst comapny in this business. No dealership, shop, mechanic is willing to work with TruNorth. Don't waste ur hard earned money to getting TruNorth warrenties. I paid them for the term of 48 months, but at the time of claim they even don't cosider any proper document. Truckers keep that money in ur bank for rainny days don't even cosider TruNorth.
