Just had my second claim "declined"…

Just had my second claim "declined" they are the biggest POS working to screw you over. They always have the opposite excuse to what they didn't receive or did. It's seems it always falls in section "H" of the warranty. If the mechanic shop forgets to put a period at the end of the sentence you'll be declined. Fernando with TruCrap has a bit of an attitude. Try to follow their protocols and they'll find a way to screw you on your repair. Do not get talked into buying a warranty from whoever sells trucks and tries to sell you on this company.

Absolutely the worst way to waste your money.

Absolutely the worst warranty company a trucker could deal with by wasting your hard earned money. They will use every contrived reason in the world to deny your claim. I'm not sure how employees can sleep at night after screwing customer after customer. They use hidden info stored in ECM, that you never see or realize is even happening to deny claim. I was advised if a check engine light comes on have it towed to wherever, even if a little coolant needs to be added. This arbitration clause in the contract is pure bull crap. Put your would be payments in escrow and pay your own repairs, "THEY WON'T PAY, CRAP. Deceptive company from every angle.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

These people are criminals and should be locked up for every illegal way of doing business. They lie, cheat and manipulate ALL they can to screw you out of your claim. DO NOT use them. Their tow service is a joke too.

RUN AWAY NOW!

When I say run, I mean run away from these crooks as fast as you can. They will try every trick in the book to weasel out of paying. BEWARE of ambiguous statements in the policy such as "extended operation of an impaired vehicle". They denied my claim based on this. There are no parameters or definitions anywhere that explain what "extended" means. Completely up to TruNorth's discretion. These guys are slick haired, snake oil salesmen. RUN!

This company is a big FRAUD

This company is a big FRAUD. They are just making money on the name of warranties. 99.9% rejection rate. Everytime you submit a claim they find different excues, just to reject your claim. Doesn't matter if you have all the maintenance record even from last two years. When they see client have all the proofs and other stuff, they say one thing at the end that " THIS IS DRIVER'S FAULT". THIS is their pet dialouge. I advise don't go with this company, they are totally FRAUD.

Simply Deny every claim

Simple, denied my claim when the ECM failed then denied my claim when the turbocharger failed! They use the data you can't see to not pay for warranty failures.

My daughter bought a warranty with

My daughter bought a warranty with TruNorth for a box truck bought in florida. After the truck developed issues and a claim was filed our family experienced death in the family from COVID-19. My daughter refiled the cliam and was denied the claim and arbitration. Offered a $ 3000 settlement when repair cost was much more. Poor business practices. We'll be filing a complaint with the State of Florida.

VP of TruNorth admits to scam

I operate a repair shop in Brampton, ON Canada.
During an audit in 2019 on most repair facilities who work with TruNorth. VP Hugh "Bud" McKinney came to our facility and told us. "We are a business and want to make money. Sell our warranty but don't put in claims for more than what the customer paid"
These guys are purposely cheating and will deny any claim over what you originally paid for the warranty/insurance.

Please don't buy
