My name is Patricia Robinson and I PURCHASED THIS MESS OF A WARRANTY FOR 2 OF MY TRUCKS AND WHAT A WASTE....THEY DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING...I KEPT MY MAINTENANCE UP AS IN THE AGREEMENT AND THEY STILL COME UP WITH THEIR OWN THEORY OF WHY NOT TO COVER YOUR PARTS...I AM DEFINITELY SO DISAPPOINTED..NONE OF THEM ARE TRUCK MECHANICS AND THEY GO BY WHAT THEY FEEL NOT BY WHAT THE TRUCK SHOP REPORTS....DONT GIVE THEM A PENNY FOR THIS MAKE BELIVE TRUCK WARRANTY

The worse company to get warranty

This company is completely worthless and a fraud. Please do not think for one moment they will cover any claims. They will have you jump through hoops to let you know it was all for nothing causing you time and money loss!!! Horrible company and plan!!!

Y’all need to get off here lying about a good service! These people suck ass! Don’t go through them.. they are writing their own reviews as a good company I can guarantee you that! They will not pay for anything!

This warranty is a bull sh. Had I known I would not have bought the policy from them. Third times I asked for coverage, now I have a problem with transmission of my Volvo 780. And those facking company responded that my transmission will not be considered.
DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM!

PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company, they are useless and a complete rip off. DON’T FALL FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, its more than likely TruNorth employees posting them, notice NONE of them are detailed! We’ve filed THREE claims with them, following all required procedures and all three claims were denied. We asked for a refund because they’ve done nothing to help us and was told they don’t give refunds. We also had to call around trying to find someone who would accept their warranty and couldn’t find anyone within a two hundred mile radius. Every shop we spoke with ALL had nothing but negative things to say about them.

Do not use this frauds. they are basically legal thieves save your money and get your repairs yourself cause you will anyway. I had five claims with them and they alway tell me its either not covered or some other reason not to pay for repairs.

I work for a major truck dealer and have been in the business for over 10 years. I have NEVER dealt with such a company as TruNorth. We have had SEVERAL claims denied for nonsense reasons because the adjusters find any way out of paying they can. They require entirely too much information to approve a claim in hopes the dealer can’t provide so they can deny it and blame the dealer. Please do not choose this warranty. Any and all other warranty companies are much better than TruNorth.

We are an International Truck dealership. Had a customer come in with a TruNorth warranty on a Freightliner truck. The claim had been opened and the truck had gone to the local Freightliner dealer. That dealer said they would not work with TruNorth due to an outstanding unpaid invoice. Customer brought truck to our shop. We performed a diagnosis and informed TruNorth. After a lot of e mails back and forth with TruNorth they denied the claim saying we didn't give them enough diagnostics steps. They also said the claim had been open too long. That was including the week it was at the other dealer, not us. Customer approved repairs that we diagnosed and we completed the repairs. Engine ran great. This company does not stand behind it's warranty contracts.

THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT THIEVES, I HAVE NEVER HAD A POLICY WITH THEM BUT I OWN A REPAIR SHOP AND THEY HAVE FOUND A WAY TO DENY EVERY CLAIM A CUSTOMER HAS HAD WITH THEM IF TOTAL FOR REPAIRS ARE MORE THEN WHAT CUSTOMER PAID FOR WARRANTY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND I WOULD SAVE YOUR MONEY TO SPEND ON YOUR TRUCK RATHER THEN GIVE TO THESE LOW LIFE THIEVES.

They are a sorry piece of crap they will screw you over frfr they got me twice!!!

I work for a shop that deals with claims from TruNorth. This company has only been in business 4-5 years and probably won't be for much longer. I have seen them screw over their customers several times by not paying. They find whatever loop hole they can to get out of a claim. This last time they approved our shop to do work and after we found more work that the truck needed they retracted their approval because customer could not afford the additional work. They left our shop with a $5000 bill that has not been paid even though we have in an email the approval. Have not seen this in over 35 years. Truly bad business. If your a driver or a shop stay away from these people.

Buyer beware. I unfortunately have a few of these warranties and wish I had purchased another warranty. They deny claims more often than what the cover. Had a claim denied today because of an inactive code for a long time ago due to a coolant sensor that was repaired. Fave proof that the sensor was replaced and still denied the claim. I am looking for others who have experienced the same to start a class action lawsuit against TruNorth.

I have very bad experience with this people my truck broke down 4 times and they never pay for any repairs every time they find a reason to get away from covering the truck don’t waste your money and stay away from this company Scam people stay away stay away

I Have a Warranty with True North Great People to Deal With! I Just Had A Catastrophic Failure in my Engine. Wiped Everything out But The Crank But the Part that Failed was part of the Jake Brake that is not covered. I Reached out to were I Purchased My truck. Joey At truck Market reached out to True Norths Representative Lance. He called Me Back And I Explained my concerns about the warranty not covering the Repairs and He Said He would call me Back wich He Did In A matter of Hours! He Talked to The CEO Of The Company and They Did A Goodwill Gesture Toward Me To Significantly Help With My Engine Bill!!! This Company Didn't Have To Do this But They Did and I Can't Thank them Enough. Thanks Again Lance To You And Your CEO for Helping Me in this Difficult Time For Me. Thank You True North I Would Definitely Buy Your Warranty Again.

Not even worth 1 star . don't wastes your money

Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Claim department denied my cylinder head claim due to injector hold on bolt... I asked for proof and clarification and they said their reason is final and we can dispute in court. I wish I never bought this warranty it is a scam. I have told all my friends not to buy this warranty.
