Very helpful and friendly people on the telephone help you out quickly highly recommend

Would not recommend at all. Really unaffordable lending, they lend to people who have defaults, horrendous credit history, already have a Guarantor loan open (with the same guarantor!) and multiple payday loans. When your wage has been docked by £400 and you try to advise them of change of circumstances and your inability to repay they ignore you, been waiting 4 weeks for a response to an unaffordability complaint - next payment due this week, more debt! Avoid.

I asked a few simple questions relating to the loan I was being a guarantor for but they were not directly answered. The web page I was referred to was also the wrong page.

The answers were on the website once found by the person taking out the loan

The experience lacked personality and was not personable in the slightest. I have still not had a response to my last communication relating to personal data. I am only a guarantor but would certainly not recommend using TrustTwo

Trust two helped me at a time where my debts were spiralling out of control. I recently complained about unaffordable lending, and although they were 4 weeks over the deadline and after a few calls and a incorrect FRL, they have kindly accepted my claim as a good will gesture, I would like to highlight how helpful Julie from complaints was, I am so glad this is nearly the end of my payments and I really appreciate trust twos support.

Very simple to understand terms and conditions and efficient service

What a waste of time, after spending hours going through the whole process, after them looking and analysing my credit file and my guarantor, I got declined, which ok that's fine , but then no decency to tell me, no email, no text, I had to call up to chase, be put on hold for 10 minutes, then no reason given , better off going to Amigo, got a loan the same day!

Everyone was pleasant and helpful and quick I am grateful for there help .

The phone lines are supposed to be open Saturday 10 till 2 but when you call at these times all you get is an answer machine with opening times and you are actually calling during the opening times.

They obviously cannot tell the time!!!

Too much time spent in the phone for such a small amount of money being borrowed I'm afraid which was very draining. Surely you could minimise terms and conditions more so as not to go on so long.

Terrible experience, incompetent company that needed my help to find my Trans Union credit file. Went through the whole process of credit checks and helping them find my guarantors application. Fully accepted, they even rang my guarantors employer which is shocking. After 3 days turned down for no reason. Went to Amigo which paid out the same amount in 2 hours. Please don't waste your time with Trust2

Despite having a loan from these previously and paying off in full with no problems, they have now decided to turn down my application without even the courtesy of a phone call! They advertise themselves as able to help people in different financial situations but yet won’t even bother ringing you to go over anything. ‘We don't rely purely on your credit score to make a decision‘ - this is a false statement! Very poor customer service and will definitely not be recommending. There are other more supportive guarantor lenders that take individual circumstances into consideration and actually care about their customers! Shocking!
