Had a loan with them which I've paid…

Had a loan with them which I've paid every month for about nearly 3 year , applied for a top up and had to change my guarantor. My new gurantor was accepted and I was sent all the paperwork to sign but 3 hours later when u called them I was told that my gurantor was not accepted and that there must have been a mix up. I cant wait to pay off this existing loan and then never use them or refer them to anyone ever again . Shocking treatment of long term customer.

Dear Sean,

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with TrustTwo.

We are an FCA regulated firm therefore we must ensure necessary checks are carried out prior to final loan approval to give our customers the best possible outcome based on their financial circumstance. In order to access a top-up loan you may be able to provide an alternative Guarantor however checks will have to be carried out for final loan approval.

Awfully run business

Yet to receive loan but if you're looking for convenience do not use this company, waited an hour and 10 minutes on hold before being told I had to ring back again, I then waited another hour on hold only to be spoken to by someone who sounded like they wanted me off the phone as quick as possible and didn't want to help at all! After finally wasting hours on hold and on the phone, the website now just doesn't work ? Been told to log on and sign what I need to sign, but the website won't even allow me to log in! Have tried multiple different devices, networks, internet browsers, resetting passwords ( despite already using the correct one ), and still... nothing ! This only goes to show this company cannot be trusted, and if i can am going to withdraw my loan, I don't want to be involved with a company who runs this way.

I put in a affordability complaint

I put in a affordability complaint in on the 27th October. To date I’ve had one reply to say they are looking into my complaint and should have a response in 8 weeks. Well the 8 weeks is up and I’ve had no final answer off this company. They did refund £80 that I paid in over interest on my last loan. Will forward my case to the ombudsman service.

Not open on a Saturday. Website said otherwise. Not good when your at work Monday to Friday. Sometimes it would take you up to 20 minutes to answer the phone. Getting told different things by different people. No communication at all.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely unhelpful and very rude customer service. I've unfortunately had to take 2 weeks off work because of illness and I rang to negotiate a reduced payment for one month only. They refused to budge, despite the fact I will just have enough wages to cover my rent and basics for next month, if I'm lucky. Now my anxiety is through the roof and I have no clue what I'm going to do.

Not very good at answering the phone 4 days I've tried to get in touch with anybody but on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time . Was told the loan money would be released into my guarantors account with 3 working days but nothing at 7 days . Not told otherwise and also no form of communication either way .

Spoke to a girl in their sister company George Banco who is also a guarantor loan company and said they getting the same calls off many people .

Guarantor loan

Were better than some other providers as managed to calculate income correctly but perhaps could have listened to person applying for loan as wanted over 48 months and not 60 months.

Dont use this company

Dont use this company. I was very disappointed with how myself and guarantor was treated. The gentleman I was speaking to a Mr Atif Farooq was very rude and abrupt. He was at a point yelling down the phone to my guarantor and being very blunt. Was unprofessional and when I asked for an update on the process or emailed him her would ignore me. Then two weeks later after him ignoring my emails my guarantor was unacceptable. Was really disappointed. My guarantor had to run around ringing him for updates. And would say he would call back never would. Bad customer service very disappointed. Took 1 week of checks and no contact, for me to go to amigo loans were I was given the money in two hours. Don’t use this company go to amigo they will be far more helpful,

Jokers!

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would! I have had a Loan and a Top up over the last 2 years with this company and would have rated the whole experience a 10! Called up on Monday to apply for a new Loan as my current one ends next month. All my details were the same, I am using the same Guarantor as before, nothing has changed. The amount of time spent wasted on phone calls to these jokers has been disgusting. Their customer service team are some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking too (that’s when they don’t put the phone down on you). 4 days my Application has been going on, being told this needs changing now and we need this and that from you. My Guarantor gets her wages paid in Cash and it has never been a problem for the other 2 Loans. Now suddenly, they cannot accept her. Haha! What a joke of a company. Get your staff to learn your own rules and you will get much better reviews. After today’s phone call where Liam hung up on me, I phoned Amigo Loans straight away and within an hour they accepted both me and my Guarantor and I will have the money in the next 24 hours! No hassle at all. Never would I encourage anyone to use this Company, go straight to Amigo’s. My Guarantor even commented on how friendly their customer service advisers were in comparison to TrustTwo’s! This really tells you all you need to know about them.
