We needed electric point for cpap not near bed so went to reception & a electric extention was there straightaway

On the whole our holiday was amazing. We chose to give 4 stars for the following reasons. We had a bad experience in LaVista. All other eating experiences were great. Not all of our laundry was returned to us. I am very upset to have lost a pair of expensive white linen shorts. We added 3 extra days in Dubrovnik staying at a supposedly 4 star hotel. There is no way this hotel warranted 4 stars. Decor was sharply. Although we had a beautiful view we looked out onto a roof covered in broken up pieces of grass looking material with shabby dead plants. Our room needed some DIY. Hadn't been cleaned under the bed. For breakfast we were served cold eggs and leathery bacon. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast after that experience The hotel was not worth the extortionate amount of money we paid. Apart from these complaints everything else was great. Had a fabulous holiday.

We had a brilliant holiday.Enjoyed every minute.All staff great work so hard and always smiling.We were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary.We stayed in cabin 5057.our stewards Joseph and Fadel did a great job cleaning our cabin and looking after us.Love dinning in the table service for Breakfast lunch and dinner.Staff so smart and always smiling work so hard.Entertainment great very professional.Would not hesitate to book another cruise.It was our forth cruise with with you over the years.

The holiday was brilliant the staff on cruise ship where friendly people all restaurant I went to the food where great great choices the entertainment was amazing the 4 tuners music was my favourite
The flight was delayed as the captain had apparently gone awol. So arrived late in Majorca and there was a lengthy delay for steps and buses to the terminal followed by a huge queue for passport control. Two out of the possible 5 stops on the 7 night cruise were changed, hence 40% of the itinerary altered, which was disappointing. No explanation given for not stopping in Sardinia, despite asking. I understand the next cruise on the same route also had that stop changed. Other than these issues the ship was fine, good food, entertainment good and the staff friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning staff.

Enjoyable cruise to nice ports! I enjoy the flexibility of dining at a time of my choosing - this is a key standout to some other cruise lines where you have to stick to the same time each night! Friendly staff and passengers!

Great experience ,fantastic locations but 2 expected stops were changed last minute, and we were looking forward to those.Food brill staff super, but drinks package confusing .
Absolutely fantastic ship. Beautiful food, great entertainment. Staff are brilliant can’t do enough for you. I sailed on the Discovery 2, would definitely go again. Very much enjoyed my holiday. Also great destinations.
